Havenât been to a Five Guys in years so I decided to try them again for lunch todayâŚ
I walked in and was immediately hit with sticker shock, seeing a cheeseburger for $11 and a regular fries for $6! Holy shit theyâre expensive!! Rather than feel like a weirdo and walk out, I placed an orderâŚ
Dude at the counter clearly didnât want to be there. Literally looked miserable while taking my order.
Based on the menu, everything is clearly a la cart, which is a bit ridiculous.
I ordered the burger and fries and left with my food. Have to say, the burger patties had good flavor, but absolutely NOT worth $11! The fries were over salted and soggy as hell. Next to no crunch whatsoeverâŚ
For $18 for JUST a burger and fries, this place is an absolute ripoff and I was quickly reminded why I havenât been to a Five Guys in yearsâŚ.
Also, interesting to notice all the signage around the restaurant absolutely gushing about the chain and how good it is. Clearly purposely used to entice you to buy despite the INSANE prices. Also interesting seeing the restaurant was next to empty⌠I wonder why?!
Yeah, will NOT be back! Considering Culverâs exists, this place is a joke. Culverâs lot was packed, by the way. Not surprisedâŚ

Read moreIf this location is an accurate portrayal of the chain itself I truly wonder why Five Guys was recently voted the best chain burger joint in the country. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED!!! I personally find McDonald's absolutely disgusting but I think we may have been better off lulz. Not one member of my family finished their meal. The meat and buns we're terrible . Fried onions were Raw . Ordered a large French fry and was told by the cashier that a large was enough for five to six people and that I might want to consider a medium for a family of four. Their medium for a family of four was enough for one at most, and although fresh were terrible as well . Staff was friendly and at least attempted to be helpful , restaurant was clean. I would not recommend this chain to anyone but if you're a fan this is a good location I think. If you're in the area and looking for a good burger (and if it's open for the season) you're better off going to...
Read moreI really like 5 guys, I've gone to the Mayfair location and the one on the east side several times. I was excited to see that they opened in Oak Creek. I placed a very simple online order: a small cheeseburger and a small order of Cajun fries. I picked up my order and went home to eat it. When I got home I noticed that the fries weren't there. I sent my girlfriend a day or two later and told her to mention that our previous order had a mix-up and we would like to get the small order of fries. The girl behind the counter said "that's weird, we usually always put them in there" yet she proceeded to ring up the fries and charge us with them.
I'm pretty disappointed by that level of customer service especially acknowledging the fact that I've worked in the fast food industry and have personally handled these situations with positive outcomes. I unfortunately won't be returning to...
