Listen, dont get me wrong, I love your icecream but, the gumball icecream IS NOT ITTTT!!! Everything was good until I bit into a chunk and it was a piece of gumball. This piece of gumball made me so upset because of how disgusting it was. Have you ever tasted your own pill and accidentally bit into it? Yeah thats what it tasted like. Or OR, have you ever drank tylenol gumball medicine? Yeah thats what it tasted like. After that, my whole icecream was disgusting and it made me wanna throw up. Please remove this flavor IMMEDIATELY or atleast put a trigger warning for this nasty flavor. GREAT...

A Great family restaurant. I have been to the Chocalate Factory in Oak Creek about 4 times since they opened. They have really good sandwiches and excellant ice cream. They have about two dozen flavors to choose from and there is sure to be something for everyone. The place is always clean and tidy and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I was really hoping for better. Ordered my food for delivery and just wasn’t happy with the overall quality. The brownie was soft but was basically a cake, definitely not brownie like. The “homemade” chocolate chip cookie tasted like it had been frozen or from the grocery store. It was hard and dry too. And my sandwich had so much Italian dressing on it that you literally couldn’t taste anything else within its contents (ordered an Italian sub).
