The menu above the cash register clearly shows they have four types of brewed coffee, light, medium, dark, and decaf. When you try to order the light roast they tell you they don't have it, only in a pour over. I ordered the $8 pour over, while sitting there I noticed that it clearly shows that they have light roast. I bring this up to the cashier, she tells me that the menu is referring to the pour over, I point out to her on the menu that's above her head, that she should have a good grasp of, clearly says that they have light roast on brew. After reading it to her verbatim twice, she finally admitted they never carry light roast on brew. This is false advertising!

The pour over was super weak, you can see through it like it was water and tasted funny. I'm staying across the street in the hotel for 3 weeks, this is day one I won't go back. My intuition was to go to Starbucks in the first place, I should have stuck with...

Absolutely LOVE this place! I can't say enough good things about it. The drinks and food? Beyond amazing! Every single thing is made with so much quality and effort—it really shows. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm welcome, and I’ve never experienced anything less. They take their time crafting every order, which I absolutely love. This isn't your typical throw-it-together coffee shop where you get something bland and disappointing. No, this place is high-end, top-notch! I’ve been to a lot of coffee spots, but this one keeps pulling me back. The staff? Phenomenal. They genuinely seem to enjoy being there, and their energy is contagious!
