If I could give zero stars, I would. My partner and I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Subway on February 8, 2025, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, we are still being ignored on key concerns.
When we visited, the restaurant was completely mismanaged. One employee, Cameron, was left to handle everything alone after his coworker—who looked like she hadn’t slept in days and was openly complaining about wanting to go home—walked out on him. This left customers waiting ridiculous amounts of time, with orders piling up and sandwiches left sitting out. We waited 30 minutes only to find out the register was down and we couldn’t even pay. I attempted to place an online order as a workaround, but it defaulted to the Walmart location. After all that frustration, we walked out without any food and took our business elsewhere.
After reaching out to Subway’s customer service, the response I received was completely tone-deaf. They ignored the real issue—the unacceptable service, the lack of accountability for their employee abandoning her post, and the complete breakdown of operations at this location. Instead, they simply offered a refund (which I STILL haven’t received) and a free meal, as if I’d ever want to set foot in this disaster of a restaurant again.
This Subway needs serious management intervention. The fact that an employee can just walk out in the middle of a shift while customers are waiting is beyond unprofessional. If you value your time, patience, and sanity, do yourself a favor and go...

Today I ordered online through Subway’s mobile app. I was going to order flatbread, but the app said it was unavailable, which is understandable, so I ordered a different bread for my sandwich. Part of my order included a melt, which costs more than a standard sandwich. The app took my order and I went to the store to pick up my food, the staff was friendly and I went home. When I opened my food the melt was not a melt, it was a standard sandwich. I went back and inquired about it and was told “we don’t do melts anymore”. Which is fine! But at least do not let customers purchase them if you do not offer them anymore! Not only is it false advertising, but it is incredibly poor customer service to not inform the customer at any point prior to them leaving the store with their food. The manager denied my request to return the uneaten sandwich for a refund and told me “you have your sandwich right there”. I showed them the receipt which clearly stated it was in fact not the sandwich I ordered, but it did not matter to...

We had eaten here before and the staff was friendly enough, but this time the two girls that were working were just nasty for lack of a better word. My daughter was having oral surgery the next morning and I was trying to give her a meal that she would like since it was going to be her last for the next 50 to 60 hours she chose Subway at which point the two employees we're just rude and short and stared at us with looks of judgment and and contempt as if we were there too jerk them around or something but we weren't the only people in the building they were like this with everyone food that they put out was atrocious just slapped together in the worst possible way it just didn't even taste like subway so if I could give them a negative star I would do you plan on ever going here and there's two girls working you might want to just move on to the...
