Dunkin' — Restaurant in Oak Park

This Dunkin is not the same at all anymore.they are beyond rude they will mess up your order and catch a attitude when you ask them can it be fixed. It is a young lady that works there with red hair she is the rudest one of them all I cannot believe she actually have a job everyone needs a customer service class that works here especially the manager with the black ponytail she will stand at the register and ignore you and she will not serve you until she is done with what she is doing I really miss the old crew well mannered and respectful this new crew is beyond a mess the only one that talk to people right is the young Hispanic man with the ponytail the rest of them need to take a class on customer service literally. Called out a drink, thought it was mines, and it didn't look like the picture of the screen so I was confuse, she goes "you haven't gotten your drink? I gave it to you" I standing there confuse as to what drink she supposedly gave me bc I was sitting down the whole time waiting on it. She keeps repeating she gave it to me already, but I kept telling her she didn't. she said she made it and handed it off but idk to who cause it was another black lady before me waiting on her order. I stopped coming to this location because of the lack of cleanliness and professionalism but I just so happen to stop in the other day to grab a coffee really quick. I didn’t expect a complete 180 when I came. Hector the new manager is doing an amazing job with turning the store around for better. I didn’t have one complaint. They we’re so friendly as soon as I walked through the door greeting me with smiles. He even showed me how to use the app for points and all that good stuff. The place was spotless compared to last year. Bathrooms were clean and smelled good for a change. Lobby was well organized and not thrown together like before.
