The owner in Oak Ridge (and all other franchise owners from my understanding) is having problems with being able to accept United States Currency in the form of $100 bills. This is a corporate battle that is causing good, hard working, small franchise owners more BS problems. I wasnt gonna ever go back cause all I had was 100's at that moment. I'd left my phone in my car and low/behind, my dad and husband nurse had texted they wanted a couple things so I had2go back in and try to see if this 100 bill thing can be overlooked this 1 day since my family eats there some, especially when at the hospital with our dad, etc. The owner, a very understanding woman and nice, was at the register... now yall got it all. Help these franchise owners with this "100Bill CORPORATE Issue" please, by finding out their address or emails and telling them something, maybe, like, idk...,"Hey! It's Legal US Currency! WHERE DO U THINK YALL ARE OPERATING OUT OF? Take the 100 bills and like it... or we will eat elsewhere and watch yalls doors start creakimg cause you can't afford WD-40 for them...". Thank Yall. Help the owner in Oak Ridge's Chicken Salad Chick please. Support...
Read moreThey make great chicken salad 99% of the time but this place is seriously lacking otherwise. We buy way too much (4-6 lg containers a week $$, from the company) - but all too often they don’t have what we go for (and in selecting something else who knows if they’ll have that either). My biggest issue at the oak ridge location is their complete LAZINESS in putting labels on their containers - 1) not telling which flavor and 2) no DATE! There’s no excuse for that. What have I received?? If my husband brings it home WHAT did he get?? And after 3-4 days is it still good?? I don’t know, there NO LABEL! So it’s $$ in the garbage. There’s ZERO excuse for not labeling your product. For this reason it’s 1 star for this location. Management needs to step it up. Because of these two issues we usually go to the Knoxville location. I always know what’s what when we get it home and in a couple days time I can CHECK THE LABEL to see if...
Read moreI am greatly disappointed with my experience at this establishment. I had been eagerly anticipating my eating here for quite some time. but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.
The chicken salad was not as described on the menu. Instead of being spread out on the croissant, it was presented as a large, unappetizing scoop in the center. Furthermore, it was served at room temperature and lacked flavor. My child's pimento cheese was similarly disappointing, served on a dry piece of bread, and not spread out as expected. She refused to eat it.
Considering the subpar quality of the food, I believe the $23.00 price tag is unjustifiable. I hope that they will take my feedback into consideration and make improvements to ensure a more positive dining experience for...
