This review is for store 355403 Sheila. This morning i have experienced the worst customer service experience. The manager is charged Mrs. Sheila..was very rude... because i took back some bagels, 3 of them were very hard...not fresh at all or over cooked. She get upset because she was saying they serve fresh bagels everyday. Not all the bagels were bad, i bought 6 and 3 of them were hard like a rock. I was getting this food for a very important customer, i cant serve those bagels they way they were. She also was complaining i didn't bring the cream cheese back, i was running out time because my customer was about to get to our facilities. I told her i could pay for the cream cheese and I decided to change the bagels for muffins and pay the difference. She was having a very difficult moment, assuming personal issues, but that is not proper way to do customer service... especially if is a Manager... can't imagine the employees working for her with that behavior. Mrs. Sheila have you heard this line that said: Kill Poeple w Kidness!..I forgive you... please leave your personal situations out the door and don't bring that Nasty Attitude to your Customers or employees. The people that eat in your store are the ones that pay for your salary. I wasnt rude to you at all, i was trying to get fresh food that is what i pay for. Life is a learning process...hope you learn to be better on what you do, if you dont have skills to work on this environment, better prepare yourself to not be dealing w these...
Read moreHorrible service! The two working this morning 2/13/19 6:25 a.m. don't understand the first thing about customer service. Waited through several " just one moment and we'll be right with you" while standing at the counter while they insisted on taking care of the drive through line, even the person who pulled up way after I came in. You would think they would take care of the customer willing to get out of his car in the rain, but evidently not. Not sure if this is dunkin's policy, but if so then I'll just have to take my business elsewhere like I did this morning. A person can only hear "we'll be right with you" so many times while really being ignored before it becomes a lie. Each one said this two me at least 3 times each, when just saying it once would have sufficed if they really intended on helping me. Glad this is not my usual dunkin, they got their customer service down and would have diverted one employee to the counter and left the other to take care of customers not willing to get wet to get...
Read moreEmployee here threatened to shoot me and told me to go back to the country I came from. Left and immediately called the cops. I come to this dunkin 3-4 times a week to grab coffee. I ordered the medium coffee and donut through drive through and the total was $5.20. I gave the employee a free donut to scan from my dunkin rewards. After scanning he scanned my payment card and said I still owe 20 cents. To which I told him the donut was free and I only owe for a coffee which is $3 and change. He said that’s what it says here in a rude manner and is like you owe 20 cents. After that I drive and park and go inside to clear it up to which that guy comes and says don’t you check me for 20 cents if you can’t afford it. I kept telling him the reward was for a free donut and I don’t owe $5.20 rather less. After that he goes on to say I’ll slap you and shoot you and go back to your country where you came from.
