After a long and adventure-packed day at Epic Universe, we wrapped up our evening at Honest Restaurant, a pure vegetarian spot that truly hit the mark.

🚗 Parking & Setup Parking was a breeze—plenty of space and no restrictions. The ambiance might not dazzle you at first glance, but the place is clean, well-maintained, and offers ample seating. It’s a self-service setup: order at the counter, find your table, and grab your own plates and utensils if needed.

🍽️ Food Experience Skipping appetizers due to major hunger pangs, we dived straight into the mains. We began with Puri Channa—ordered two plates, loved it so much we went back for a third. Each plate came generously served with:

• 2 Puris and Channa • Fresh salad (tomato, cucumber & onion) • Lemon wedge and pickle • A sweet treat: Gulab Jamun

The inclusion of salad with Puri Channa was a refreshing surprise—something you don’t often see elsewhere!

We also tried the Dry Gobi Manchurian, which was crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The spice levels were well balanced, and the texture was just right.

Yum!! We went to Patel Brothers and wanted to grab a quick bite. I’ve seen this place a while but never ventured in. My daughter is a vegan and sometimes hard for us to decide on what to eat. Indian is always a great go to. I was pleasantly surprised upon entering to see the bright and modern decor inside. It’s a very cheery place. We decided on a mango lassi and a sugarcane juice. The sugarcane juicy fresh squeeze with a hint of lime inside of it. Very refreshing. The mango lassi was thick, Rich, and so good. Sinful. My son ordered a pav bhagi, I got a dosa, and my husband and daughter got the chana. My masala dosa was delicious. Huge of course and filled with nicely season potatoes. The Sam are was especially goodAs well as the coconut chutney. My sons pav bhagi was really great. He got it with cheese on top and extra pav. Very tasty and a great big portion. Chana was delicious. This particular honest restaturent is WORST Indian restaurant in entire florida.

— no person take order when you enter restaturent. The person responsible is chatting loudly with other customer on random table. Ordered after 20mins

— no music playing in restaturent so you can listen to chef/waiter shouting at each other and you as customer hear 👂 everything

— the person infront has ZEROOO hotel management experience

— cleanliness of restaurant is 1/10

— bathroom review cleanliness is negative.

— interior 1/10

— customer service is 1.5/10

I would request owner of honest chain to come and look at it or make the owner of this chain study on how Coral Springs honest works which is 10/10 in everything

If you can’t run then close it but don’t ruin the beautiful Indian food and it’s chain authenticity

Maybe the owner thinks where will people go and they will come to honest anyway right??? Yes right but they come for brand not for you and your service at this location is ridiculous.
