Had a reservation for 2:15 for brunch. Ended up standing in line waiting to be seated for over an hour. There was a party already inside who literally kept coming back out every flew minutes to gather more of her friends to bring them in. In total while standing in line I counted at least 40 people (no exaggeration either). There was another woman behind us with a 2:45 reservation and she was let in before us. Finally after a new hostess came in (at 3 pm) we were finally able to get seated.... outside, to wait for our inside table to be available (eye roll) we took it for what it was because she claimed she was having the party who had our table, leave and that we would have our RESERVED table in a few minutes. 30 minutes went by with us sitting in the sun (not even at a table, just sitting at some patio furniture they randomly have placed in a corner outside). Our group got pissed, we kept asking anyone we saw about our table and no one knew a thing. They tried offering free shots for the wait, which was nice, but didn't even bother to ask what we drank. Just brought out tequila that no one even drinks (my friends took them because of the frustration but they sat there for a few minutes before anyone even touched them). They then brought out mimosas (by the glass) because I was going off on how for the wait they couldn't even accommodate us the correct way. We asked for a manager and they kept sending waitresses and the host to us. We eventually got so pissed that after almost 2 hours past my reservation time, we just walked out. This place is horrible when it comes to actually knowing what they're doing. They clearly overbooked and didn't bother to even care or accommodate us with things we actually like. There was 7 of us, so the money we would have spent would have been significant, but we walked out without spending a dime because of their negligence....

Now if you love that hooka, waitresses with tight clothes, not so great quality food and you just want to go for the club atmosphere- this is your spot.
We came at 8pm, we made reservations but their NYE event was starting at 9:30pm. The hostess called us to confirmed we were coming for dinner and not for their experience. We confirmed! When we arrived - she hinted to my wife- that we need to hurry up. Ok? But we went with it!
I read the prior reviews from other people and they are not lying! You can't even hear your own thoughts! We could barely hear our waitress. I'm shocked that the workers still have their hearing intact after they get off their shifts! It has low ceilings which makes it even worse.
We ordered the VIP burger. It was just ok. Special blend of meats with sweet plantain. I would suggest making it 2 patties because of how thick it was you can't take a bite without cracking your jaw! The concept of the burger is to eat it all in one bite so you can taste all the fusion of the burger. Burger was a bit overcooked and dry but seasoned pretty well. Nothing outrageous! It tasted like I made it myself at home! So save your money there!
My wife ordered the Paella- Puerto Rican style! Totally not!!!!! The worst we have ever had!!! The steak in it was not bad! It had 4 shrimp. It had pork and it was also dry. No longaniza. Chicken super dry. Usually this dish is infused with great flavor and meat!! Rice tasted like it was uncle Ben! The absolute worst pallet. Take it off your menu please. It's not worth $35.
Aesthetics are fire! Waitress was good with us. Great place for gram pics!

Read moreI recently visited this Latin American restaurant for brunch after seeing it highly recommended and made a reservation for 1 PM on a Saturday—which is also when they open. The space itself is aesthetically pleasing, but the parking lot is very small and fills up quickly.
We were seated promptly at 1 PM at a high-top table right by the front entrance. It was just my friend and me, and it felt awkward to be seated in such a busy, exposed area. I asked to move, but was told the other tables were reserved—which was confusing since we also had a reservation. Later, we saw others request to move from the same area without any issues, which added to our frustration.
The restaurant had only one waitress working when we arrived, and the place quickly started to fill up. It was our first time there, so we weren’t sure what to expect. After flagging down the waitress twice and getting no response—not even water—we finally had someone take our order after 30 minutes.
This place definitely has a party vibe, with a live DJ and fun drinks, but I wouldn’t say it’s kid-friendly. While the atmosphere was lively, the food was underwhelming and the service was disappointing.
When it was time to pay, we again had to chase down staff. The waitress who originally ignored us couldn’t find our check and said she’d return—but didn’t. After more waiting, our original server finally brought the bill. Even then, it took another wait to get my card back, and they didn’t even provide a pen to sign the receipt.
This was our first and, unfortunately, likely our last visit. While the vibe is fun for a certain crowd, the service and food just didn’t live up...
