Every nightmare story youâve heard about Euro Livingâs appalling customer service is true. Imagine spending over $15,000 with a company and receiving a damaged item that they refuse to replace, but instead try to fix with spray paint. We usually order from high-end furniture stores but made the mistake of trying out Euro Living since they made themselves seem a little high-end, and we didnât think a store could possibly mess up a delivery of simple outdoor furniture, but we unfortunately learned the hard way. We ordered a Couture Jardin daybed, and since it wouldâve been covered under our lanai, we ordered the daybed without the canopy. We were never told that the daybed without the canopy would still come with unsightly holes (where the canopy gets inserted), which we didnât find out until months later when the daybed finally arrived. So we were then forced to order the canopy to cover those holes. Another several months later when the canopy was finally ready, we drove to the warehouse to pick it up and saw that it was damaged with several large white scratches on the charcoal gray metal. We didnât accept that damaged item and requested a replacement. Thatâs when Miriam told us they donât replace damaged items, or refund! With all other furniture stores weâve ordered from, if something arrived damaged or scratched, theyâd replace it with a brand-new item. For example, we ordered a dining table from an ACTUAL high-end furniture store in Tampa that was imported from Italy. The glass top arrived with a little scratch on it, and that furniture store actually pointed it out and immediately ordered a replacement glass top that was not just any glass top, it was also from the same designer and of course imported from Italy. Not with Euro Living though⌠they instead offered us a choice of a discount/refund of $70 (yes, thatâs not a typo, they actually said seventy dollars), or they can order a spray paint to cover the scratches on the canopy. Obviously, we didnât want a damaged item and $70 back, so we asked for them to try to paint it. That can of paint took several months! We had to keep calling back to check on the status of the spray paint because Miriam did not keep us updated, then it got âlost in the mailâ so another few months pass by. Finally, Miriam promised that it would be ready on a specific day, so we drove an hour & a half from our home to the store just to pick it up, and was then told theyâre âsorryâ but they didnât have it. So we drove back home for another hour & a half, empty-handed. Miriam said to make up for that inconvenience, theyâll ship it to us complimentary, but could never give me an estimated delivery date. Finally, weeks later, I received a shipping confirmation text that the delivery will be scheduled for the next day, but it was for a completely wrong address! I notified them that weâve never lived at this address, & was told yet again that it wouldnât be delivered on that day they scheduled. So I AGAIN had to call Miriam to ask when theyâll finally be shipping the product to our correct address, and she couldnât even give me a date because she was waiting on other deliveries to our area since we lived âtoo farâ for them to make a delivery âjust for usâ, despite it all being their error. In a snarky tone, she reminded me that it was a complimentary delivery, as if SHE was doing US a favor, but I reminded her the reason for the âcomplimentaryâ delivery was because we drove 3 hours round trip to pick up the item she told us would be ready and ended up going home empty-handed. Since she didnât have any deliveries coming near our area any time soon, she told us we could come pick it up ourselves. So we made the final 3-hour round trip, again, to pick it up from the store, and that was the end of our nightmare. If we had known weâd be dealing with horrendous customer service from the beginning, we wouldâve gladly paid double from an actual high-end furniture store. Dealing with them is absolutely not worth...

Customer service at EuroLiving comes at a price. My advice stands: Donât buy the warranty. Donât expect integrity. Over the last year the manager has sent me many texts telling me my bad review is hurting business, and has repeatedly requested that I remove it. I explained I would remove my review when he relinquishes the other half of my personal warranty settlement that EuroLiving kept from me. This manager states that he kept half of my settlement money as compensation for their service regarding my claim. He knows the warranty rep ONLY communicates with EuroLiving - not the paying customer, AND EuroLiving is the one who received the payout from the warranty THEY sold us! Shady. The manager sarcastically wrote to me âIâm sure you wouldnât work for free but we did.â I donât think keeping half of my insurance settlement equals free customer service at all. He also said he could come to my home and take the sofa back, but will still keep my money as credit for incorrect parts HE ordered, âif that would make you happy.â EL should not come to my home, and I will not ever go to that store. Beware.
April 2023 original 1 star review: Donât buy a warranty here. Buy your own separately. Shame on you EuroLiving for selling us your warranty, blaming your warranty partner as the only problem, then keeping half our settlement for yourself after 19 months of our hard work waiting and pushing for results. We purchased $10K leather sofa and recliners four years ago. EuroLiving pressured really hard to buy 5 year warranty with their partner Uniters for complete repair or full replacement if covered damage occurred. Which it did. Warranty company approved our claim right away, and that was the last substantive communication we got, almost 2 years ago. EuroLiving and warranty company in bed with each other - Uniters will ONLY talk to EuroLiving, NOT to the customer. Warranty portal for customers only gives you robo-response that they might take 3 months to get back to you. Nineteen, yes 19 months later, we were still hounding EuroLiving to get our covered replacement or repair done. Warranty company finally paid out only a small monetary settlement - to EuroLiving, not the customer! EuroLiving held the money and refused to give us our full settlement. They only gave us half, and kept the rest for themselves. DO NOT BUY THEIR WARRANTY OR TRUST THEM! Damaged sofa was never repaired...
Read moreSurprised to say but I never thought I'd be writing a bad review for this place. I have been recommending this store for years now to all my friends and family. I went in to purchase a rug, unfortunately they didn't have it in stock in the color I wanted, so I was willing to settle for a different color since I am on a time crunch. I was fine with buying the floor model but when I was told the cost it was higher then retail about $1200. I then told them I'll shop around if I don't find one I'll come back. I later called after finding out the cost of the rug from the manufacturer is $800. They said they will talk to the manager and get back to me if they can do anything with price. Only to find out the manufacturer was calling me and argued how their vendor is mad at them for giving me a price and threaten them. I came in Euro Living knowing about the rug and even had a picture with the manufacturers name. First of all, why didn't the manager call me rather then calling it's vendor? After years of recommending them I hated the way they went behind my back and contacted manufacturer. When I called Euro Living to confront them about the problem and telling them I never got a call from their manager. Euro living then tells me the manager doesn't even want to sell me any rug. After years of recommending this store, I didn't know their customer service was this bad. I then call the manufacturer to see if I can get a rug from them only to find out Euro living played me, the manufacturer said they will not sell me any rug since Euro living threatened them if they do they will not buy any more rugs from them. The manufacturer said sorry, but we cannot sell you this rug our hands are tied at this time. I am sad to say but their service is really bad. They do not care about their customers I will no longer be tell anyone about shopping here. Customer service is very important in any business.
Update: After receiving the comment from the manager. I called to resolve the issue where we might have had some misunderstanding. I am sad to say that all the manager did was not hear me out but tell me that they did nothing wrong and kept arguing me to delete my comment of my Google...
