If I could give a -10 star then I would. I understand that a restaurant can gets busy in a day such as valentine’s day. So me and my husband make the reservation at 7:15pm yesterday 02/14. We got there and it was a really long line to get to the guest host employee whom apparently she was the manager. She definitely didnt know was she was doing. After 20 mins she told us to take a seat in the bar until one of the table gets empty. So we did. We end up getting our table around 7:50pm when our reservation was at 7:15, almost 35 mins waiting for a table that was “reserve” Then the waitress came after 10 mins of being waiting in the table and ask us for drinks. I ordered a Pina Colada and my husband a mango lemonade. Then she came saying that there was no more pina colada and 3 other drinks. I was so pissed already for all the waiting that I just wanted to leave and we did. It’s a nice place and we wanted to spend a nice valentine’s day there but to be honest the organization was horrible. Like I said the manager was rude when I talked to her giving her my complaint and to the other guests that had kids, were angry and they also did reservations. Around 15-20 people were waiting in the line to be seated. Most of the were angry because they also made reservations and as us few also left. We went there because this place has good reviews and one friend recommended too. But definitely not going back at all. If a guest makes a reservation then it because it should be a table for them upon arrival. If the place is small then you have two options. Either do not do reservations and just do walk ins Or just do limit reservations and not walking ins. We went to another restaurant near by got out from it and I saw the line was longer than when we left. So you could imagine all that people that were waiting to get the table that most probably was reserved. Needs a better management and...

Nicely decorated though...?

What I got the cangreja pepiada appetizer - this was a crispy arepa with avocado mix crab meat. It was very crispy and nicely plated, I was not a fan of the outer crispy skin but the inside stuffing was pretty good. I also got 2 rolls - Unagi Ebi and Hot Devil. The Hot devil was really good, I like the level of spice that it was, very good kick. The unagi ebi was also very good. Ofcourse I also got a cocktail since they look so nice, and it was indeed nicely decorated. I got the Dios De La Vida - I was a little disappointed as I didn't taste any of the sake at all, but it was a nice fruit drink.

Environment This is located off OBT and right by the Florida Mall. There is a decent amount of parking space available outside and also under if needed. But the parking lot can get a little busy. The inside was beautifully decorated. There are a mix of tables and booth seating. There is also a DJ booth, the music was pretty prominent.

Niceness of the staff Very nice staff....but she was very confused and lost it seems. She had forgotten the order, didn't get things right. I would've appreciated if she asked for clarification if she didn't understand the order. I ordered Edemame and it was never punched in the system, and I didn't bother to ask.

Dollar Quite expensive to me especially when I am disappointed by the service. Each roll was at least $20 and the drink was $16. The cost can quickly add up.

Yes/No I would not. Could be good if you enjoy a more party-like environment and don't have preference over the food...

The restaurant itself ,inside, is very nice. However the way the restaurant looks was overshadowed by the poor service and management. We set a reservation for 9:15 , arrived at 9:00 and sat outside the restaurant in a line wrapped around the building with “other people that had reservations ”. We stood outside for an hour in the line , as we watched the host of the restaurant give tables to guest that arrived AFTER us. We finally got to our table after the dreadful hour of waiting outside and waited 30min to be assigned a waiter (who never came). My girlfriend had to WAVE down a random waiter to even ask for waters (that we were given to us right before we left) ! Our food and drinks took about an hour to arrive at the table. We ordered sushi as a appetizer, and you can guess what happened next…..That never made it to our table at all ! Meanwhile the tables around us received their food and even their SUSHI, and they were sat after us. Meaning while we waited for an hour to get our main course, tables that have been waiting for 10 mintues or less have been served their appitizer, meals, and drinks. My Girlfriend had to get up out of her sit to chase the waiter down and cancel our order after being what felt like the only table being ignored. it was a COMPLETE MESS , very disorganized. I blame management for allowing 100+ reservation to be made knowing that the restaurant is no where near the size it needs to be to fit all of the people that were given reservations! this was my first time here and it WILL...
