My name's Jim, my wife & I are the Owner's of the "Little Man's Big Friend Pipes & Accessories" at the Ramona flea market in Jacksonville Fl., We are new to the whole smoke shop retail thing & have been ordering our goods from online wholesalers for the past 2 years because that's all we knew! Well I took my family on a short trip to Busch Gardens & decided to come check this place out on our way back to St. Augustine where we live. So we stop & leave the kid's in a king size truck with A/C blowin & DVD's playin! They were comfortable! So my wife & I go in & WOW, wall to wall any & everything you can imagine! Soooo much to choose from! So about 30 minutes pass by & my son comes to their front door saying there was smoke everywhere & to come quickly! So I ran outside to See what happened & our radiator blew up, in Orlando at 3pm on a Friday. So I was at a loss because here we were with our kid's & all or luggage broke down 150 miles from home. So as Im dying inside, one of the Owner's who were helping us get acquainted with everything made a call & told me he could have a guy there to pickup our truck & install a radiator & then bring it back to us while we continue to shop. So then the big Boss comes out & catches wind that we are new customers & we're stranded with our two kids 13 & 7,. So he comes out & says the kids can sit in his office & watch tv or whatever while we put our order together. Then The Big Boss asks if we are all hungry & my pride said no ty we're ok, but he didn't take no for an answer j said how about the children? Surely they're hungry!! 20 minutes later we all had a large meal & shakes from Chick-fil-A. All these ppl are great ppl. It was someone's birthday & the had cake & sung happy birthday, but invited us all to join them before hand!! So now fast forward a few hours, its 6pm on a Friday & just got our stuff checked out & paid for. I noticed out of the $4000 dollar order we had the invoice had $380 bucks taken off the total of our bill.. So around 6:30pm the mechanic has the truck done & is on his way to bring it us, When He gets there he says the part was $180 or something, & his couple hrs labor turned out to be exactly $380 dollars! The exact same amount of money the crew at Orlando Novelty discounted my invoice for! Literally providing us with a mechanic & paying for my truck to be fixed & fed my family & myself while we were stranded, & flat out refusing repayment for the food.. They help us with everything from suggested retail pricing & always show us new stuff they found at tradeshows that are completely new on the market! They've helped us grow leaps & bounds in the last year! I highly recommend Orlando Novelty to any smoke shop owner or anyone considering getting into the business! They are great people & they have more than you could ever imagine!!! Sorry for such a long review but that is what happened & we're very thankful for everything they do! I mean they've literally helped us evolve so much in the past year it's amazing!! Ty!!...
