Smoothie King — Restaurant in Oak Ridge

They changed their menu. I come to this location pretty much once a week after a physical class. I get the vegan one--I appreciate being able to read the ingredients and asking for less sweet stuff. They took all that off and the person working and I kinda had to guess what I used to order. I got it--it tasted cheaper like less quality ingredients. But the main thing, for the first time ever it left a bitter taste in my mouth that lasted all the way back on my drive back to Knoxville. The entire point of healthy places is you can see what the ingredients are. Its like they went from 7 to 2--but I won't know because its no longer listed. Won't come back lost my business. Hopefully the one in Knoxville hasn't done the same...

I went threw the drive thru at their new location in oak ridge TN. We spent some time in front of their menu deciding what to order. The women assigned to the drive thru was rude and short. When we made it up to the window, they forgot our third drink and slammed the window with a " have a great day" and a fast turn around. Their was no other customers behind us and few in the store, she had no reason to be short and rude. We waited patiently for someone to notice us and that we were still sitting at the window and even honked our horn slightly. Zaya and Bryce were very nice and quick and thorough. I asked questions and they got answered nicely. I ordered cold brew activator coffee I've never had before. It tastes great. Zaya made it quickly and deliciously. 😅 I asked about the ostrich jerky (Ostrim)to Bryce and he was nice and fun when he answered. I ended up buying one to try the pepper flavor. I just had surgery on my nose so I couldn't smell it BUT I did get to taste it.... its weird but gets the job done hahaha excellent xustomer...
