So here's a tale of our experience at the bowling alley shortly after opening on Sunday. There was quite a long line, which is understandable, but one desk clerk hobbled by an inferior computer system. After 20 minutes, we finally got our lane and shoes, only to find out the ball return was not functioning. Back to the front desk I go, where the overworked clerk announced thru the PA system the problem with the ball return. After 10 minutes pass, I go back to the front and was told the tech guy was not yet in. After 10 more minutes, she placed me on another lane that also was not functional. So back to the front I go to speak with the manager, telling her to fix the situation or give me a refund. In a snotty way she states they don't give refunds. As I'm about to open both barrels on the condescending manager, the desk clerk cut in to state that she is giving us yet another lane. Well hallelujah, after roughly 45 minutes, we could finally begin to bowl. The real kicker is that the personnel had the nerve to give my first lane to another unsuspecting soul and his family, where they obviously encountered the same issue I did, only this time they had to wait for the tech guy to start work. Clearly this establishment is in need of managerial attention. Perhaps the owner will realize the money he could make if it were managed...
Read moreCustomer service is the worst ever.! Zero stars! the employees here tonight a blonde skinny girl at the register and some younger guy walking around with a hat on were the worst.they had attitude and were rude to customers which we witnessed. Like yelled at them and blamed them for asking for help or when they had a question he got snippy with them.he didn't even look like he was working.just hanging out.kept interrupting customers to talk and flirt with the blonde girl.Him and the blonde girl were making out where they could be seen by my family. If you want to work with your boyfriend /girlfriend keep the pda out of it, especially at a family environment. they obviously have no class to do that where children are. not family friendly and good luck if you have any issues cause the smile drops and the rudeness starts once they get your money! also everyone That worked there looks miserable.they were complaining about customers and their job to me (I didnt ask)No smiles at all.just gripeing and miserable.. Also very old and dirty establishment ,broken equipment that's sooo outdated you can barely read the screen that displays your score and constantly messing up.toilets clogged as well.Should have read reviews beforehand! people have made it clear how rude these people are here and I can say that I agree...
Read moreI received the worst service ever at a bowling alley which is supposed to be family friendly. We brought in a group of kids and they refused to put up gutter guards. First he lied and said all the guards were broken and being repaired. Which was obviously not true because they were visibly strewn across the bowling alley. Then when I called him out on it he said that he was the only staff and that it was a full house due to league and that he was not about to be running up and down the lane catching the balls that would be getting stuck in the gutter. I said we would wait until he was less busy signing up the league people and he didn't even response and I was forced to walk away. The look on the kids faces as they kept getting gutter balls was heartbreaking. Needless to say we will never come back to this bowling alley and I highly recommend NOT coming here especially if you have kids. Worst experience bowling ever. And if you see my picture league hadn't even started yet and we played for thirty more minutes before any of them even started to bowl....
