ICE ERO — Local services in Oak Ridge

I am deeply disappointed with the conduct of this “ICE” center. It is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional to be told that family members “never showed up” or “never checked in or are not even detained,” especially when this is untrue and families/ friends are anxiously waiting for updates. This kind of misinformation adds unnecessary stress and concern during already difficult times. I specifically encountered the worst experience of having a family member detained and get lied to my face. I had to report this family member as “missing” to orange county sheriff’s department in order to find out that “ICE” all the sudden wants to say that they have him in custody and not to process the search. Honesty, communication, and accountability are the bare minimum in any work setting, and this experience fell far below that standard. Smh!!!!

Make sure to check up on your family member’s & friend’s if they are coming in...

I came to this place this morning with my Uncle , Because he has that appointment today and the line was crazy long but there's no problem with that the problem is that all the officers the work here outside of the building are super unrespectful, Officer Rodriguez officer Martin In another guy which is the last one they were outside They won't let me ask the question about my Uncle if I will be available to go inside so I can help them with any question that they ask him. Given with what these government employees have to deal with on a daily basis they really keep their cool. They are dealing with unprecedented number of border crossing entrants. People misread and try to make it about race, it is not. Take for example Cuban370Z life who left a review when he is Clearly the one with a racial bias problem. Just follow the rules and understand the system is overwhelmed and just relax a bit, whichever way you see it, it is better here than wherever it is that you came from.
