Waffle House — Restaurant in Oakland Park

I was probably better off going to a McDonald's or Dunkin' Donuts . It took almost 10 minutes for someone to come greet me and ask for my order , because all the employees wanted to just walk around and talk to each other like it's a social get together . I got my food before my drink and then I was halfway done eatin my food by time I got my water downed orange juice that the waitress was fighting with because the machine doesn't dispense the orange juice properly. They have to put the flavor in the cup mix it with the water that comes out . Ridiculous and nasty how can you serve people that ? Can make people sick they even served it to two men that sat in front of me and after taking a few sips they realized it wasn't right. Overall experience was horrible will be my last time EVER going to Waffle House in broward county I'll stick to my first thoughts of going out of state . The only working person was the cook that's always there during the day he's tall and think has dreads he's amazing he even brought my toast when my waitress forgot and was fighting with the orange juice machine . Even my water wasn't great how can you go wrong with water ? 😫 lost my services idc idc idc . Employees talk so much they didn't even realize a customer sitting there for OVER 10 minutes with no drink no service and at a dirty table I felt bad for him. Need less talkative employees that'll sit there and speak to each other like it's a party . You got hired for a reason to do your job not talk to your employees about stuff that has nothing to do with serving customers and greeting and cleaning the place . I really do see why they closed that location down for a few . WORSEEEE WAFFLE HOUSE ILL NEVER RECOMMEND it . Get new management and cleaner and less talkative employees maybe when I'm dead starving and on a budget I'll try it out other then that...

Literally the worst experience I have had in my 39 years of being on this planet! If I could give it zero stars I would! my food order was completely incorrect after sending it back instead of correcting it I could clearly tell that somebody had hand picked apart my sandwich and moved stuff around on my plate to make it appear like they remade It correctly.....I literally have never felt so disrespected in my life to add insult to injury not even a I’m sorry or a let me make this right for you instead they tried to charge me full price for some of the food that I didn’t even get yet I tried explaining the items that I didn’t even receive yet and they kept repeating that I owed the full price so I walked out and had to call the police to settle this magically the price automatically went down when the police showed up what a coincidence this could’ve all been avoided with a I’m sorry sir let us make it right for you instead I got attitude and threatened by the manager I will be calling my lawyers and seeing what I can do to file a lawsuit it is unsanitary to pick a part somebody sandwich after it’s been served to them and touched by the customer and then brought back behind the counter and picked apart some more absolutely unsanitary and unacceptable!!!!! Went there with a friend whom has me hooked for their breakfast food. I know not to go there anymore when its busy. This is the second time they have delivered my food to me with a horrible appearance and taste. The first time my grits came to me cold and dried up with my ham being cold. Second time, my grits came to me extremely watery and ham really cold and no cheese on my grits nor eggs. I never sent it back for the fear of someone doing something top my food when they catch me not looking. Not only that when my guest and I came in, a section was blocked off and they only had one table somewhat cleaned. When we got the there was good in the corner of the table and ants feeding off of it. We asked to have the table cleaned again..The young lady who was new, training said she will clean another table and have us move. Instead she went outside talking and laughing with some people while we sat in the dirty establishment. And for that service I decided not to tip it wasn't worth it nor did she deserve it. Come on and get it together people. And by the time we left, tables were still dirty. And we were there for...
