This Wendy’s is out of control, 35-minute wait on car line I ordered 2 Parmesan Ceasar Salads and a Chicken Grill Sandwich. After placing my order and paying I proceeded to the window but there were cars in front of me and waited about 35 minutes to get there. Once there I was told to take my car and park under a tree and wait for my order. There is no proper place to park once you leave the car line window so I told Patrick no I will not park there (It was a safety risk to myself and my car). It seems the people were upset and closed the window. I waited an additional 15-20 minutes and I saw cars leaving the car line because of the wait. Once they decided to give me my food it was only the chicken sandwich I was missing 2 Parmesan Caesar Salads and the employee told me show me your receipt. Of course I did not have my receipt because the lady that charged me did not give me any. After another 5 minutes they did give me the 2 salads. Once at home my daughter started to eat the chicken sandwich and she stated it taste bad, it tastes horrible. I was concerned and it looked and smelled terrible. It had a lettuce, or Spinach I can describe what it was, but it looked like before placing it in the sandwich someone thru it in the floor and used it as roller skates and then placed it inside the sandwich. Don’t believe look at the picture. I called Wendy’s and an explained to the person that stated she was the manager what was going on with the sandwich and she told me its impossible that everything is fresh. I raised my voice and she hung up the phone at me. I called again and she hung up the phone again. I called a third time and I hear her say Patrick do you want to take the call or should I hang up, Patrick took the call. I explained to Patrick about the terrible tasting chicken sandwich and the soggy and horrible looking lettuce and the employee that hung up the phone on me 2 times because I was complaining about the chicken sandwich and he was understanding and told me he will check the chicken to make...

Read moreI will never come back to this Wendys location ever again. I was ordering through the drive through for lunch around 12:45pm and my car stalled and would not shift at all, a man behind me was trying to help , meanwhile pretty much the staff was yelling move your car, I was embarrassed and trying to get it to work but I had to get it towed. The tow driver was 20 min away, my husband was 10 minutes away and even the manager was yelling at me with her hand on her hip, telling me to move my car. all I could do was cry because no one was going to help but yell. My husband arrived and pushed it himself to the side so people could get by. How dare anyone find fault with someone in need and unable to move a vehicle that would not move. I was in such a hysterical state by the time he arrived I could not even stop crying. I will never come back because of those employees that did not even lift a finger to help but yell. The tow truck driver got there and was trying to get me to laugh by telling me that people are mean. And I hope they never find them self with car troubles and no one there to help them but stand over them and yell move your car, What is wrong with people. I work in the healthcare in a heart surgeons office and would never treat anyone with the disrespect that I got even for the manager! I never even got my sandwich and no one even offered it to me after I...
