Burger King — Restaurant in Oakland

The only issue I had was they had a good customer service. I ordered my food I spent like $10 on my meal. It was a six dollar dual deal I asked can I use the restroom and they’re saying that the restroom are not available I don’t get it so if you are a customer if you want to use the bathroom, you should have restroom services inside your restaurant and they were laughing about it and I don’t see nothing funny about it. And plus aiden said sorry sir but I ever come back to this restaurant no because why that y’all used to have a bathroom now I don’t have a restroom for customers and I don’t think that’s fair that we’re paying for food and we cannot use the restroom now I gotta go straight home and hold it so I can use the bathroom....

Parallel universe. I feel like the people here actually live here, the druggy underground... There's a shipping container in the back that looks like someone lives in it. Untrimmed, unmaintained outside, dying and uncared landscaping. Spent 20 minutes in the drive-thru with each person taking 3-5 minutes at the window. They were using the drive-thru sensor cheat stick as well (holding up cars, putting a stick through the window to the ground, holding it, then bringing it back).

Was just there, I usually don't complain but.... They forgot my drink, burger was cold and the fries were so salty couldn't eat them, I paid 14.00 for all of that and was harassed the entire time in the drive thru by a homeless person that didn't take I don't have any change as a good enough answer, seems good food and service is dead, I will never waste my hard earned money ever again at the fruitvale location ever again, and if YOU decide to eat there, you better have had your shots. I do not recommend if...
