DO NOT BUY TREATS HERE!! I went in on 6/19/24 for nachos and two ice cream bar. As soon as I open the nachos, there is a roach!! I showed it to the cashier girl and she said sorry and that she could replace it for something else. I said yes and replaced with another treat as soon as I took a bite out of the strawberries and cream I felt disgusted because the granola was stale and couldn’t help but think there are roaches crawling around the place. I went back to get a full refund and she denied it because she said she already exchanged it. I told her to partially refund then and to give me my money back for the ice cream bars I purchased (which I did not take and were still in the back) she completely refused and only gave me the money for the nachos which was not even complete because the nachos were more than was she gave me. I said ok can I at least get the money back for the two ice cream bars I didn’t take? She said was extremely rude and denied the refund because I had already purchased them, however I never touched them and she never handed them to me. She was extremely rude and said to me “ do you work in customer service?” I said no she said “ I hope you never have to work in customer service” . 1. I wasn’t being rude to the cashier girl and 2. I wasn’t complaining just to complain. There was a literal roach in my nachos which she witnessed herself. She refused to refund my money and the managers info and I left empty handed. She kept the ice cream bars. Do not come to this place unless you want a bug popping out...

I liked this place, looks clean and neat. I went there because I googled paleteria and this place popped up. The paleta pictures got and I literally drove there right away. I’m giving 3 starts because what disappointed when I got there was the short variety of paletas. The freezers looked empty and I was only able to buy 7 flavors, from the paletas I got they looked like if they were melting. I was planning to come home with around 80 paletas for all the family. I’ll give this place another chance but it will be nice to find what they advertise here on google, like the paletas with mixed fruit, kiwi, strawberry paletas! The ones with Oreo...

I think the atmosphere and style of the place is amazing! Nothing else like it in the area. The service can be good or bad depending who is working. Sometimes a person will ignore you while you stand there staring at them and other times I will get a friendly greeting. I think this place needs friendlier service to match the fun atmosphere. People expect the experience going into this place to be exciting and something to remember. The paletas tasted like they had been frozen forever such as the Kiwi or fresa. The ice cream was amazing!
