McDonald's — Restaurant in Oakland

Was in the other day and the staff was not friendly and very unprofessional! The place is always busy but the attitude in there is unbelievable! Its unsanitary too the security guard came from the lobby touching the door handles and tables goes to the back and starts to replenish the cups and their tops!! Ewww! We have to drink from those sir! No gloves on anyone there! Not my first non-pleasant experience but the worse one.. They need all new staff and a manager that follows standards. They also poured my coffee while they were waiting on my order so I get it and its warm - I saw it sitting there for a while so when my order came I asked for another cup of coffee actually 2 cups and she got snippy and said "I just made it" maybe so but you poured it a while ago and its cooled down now can you pour us some hot coffee? Thank you and I had to ask twice for cream and sugar. Won't be going back its been one-time too many for...

I've used the McDonald's app multiple times (especially at this location), and today (04/22/20), I used the option to get curbside drop off in Car Stall #4. I placed an order ahead of time and arrived at the stall 15min later and no order available. I walked up to the drive-thru window and the guy tells me "you need a car". I told him that I ordered the curbside pick up (which I am in the car) through the app, and I was inquiring on the status of my order. But he told me to go through drive thru. The drive thru line was extremely long and I've been waiting for a long time already. Plus I stated thru the app, to receive the order via curbside drop off. If a worker is going to say that they're unable to do curbside and not honor the request, then there should be something on the app that disables that feature so that people don't waste their time waiting around. I didn't get my order, and I hope I get a refund for this...

It's been awhile since I came here, since it's by my daughter's school..

This morning, an elderly couple and their daughter accidentally spill a hot cup of water and a cup of oj, the staff here were quick to mop the floor, cleaned it up, wiped down the tables/ chairs, the manager was quick and happy to give the elderly couple a fresh cup of oj and a cup hot water..

I've been to different McDonald's and their clean-ups are usually slow, like no one wants to do it, but this location, they keep it clean by wiping the tables clean for the next customer, mops the floor, constantly changing the trash cans...

Although this location can be ghetto at times, the staff here are very hard workers, I've seen crazy stuff happen here...lol sometimes they just don't get the credit they deserved..

Sometimes it gets so busy here and chaotic, but they manage to smile and say Thank you! Super friendly...
