Kluck Chicken — Restaurant in Ocala

Me and my three babies went here for the first time yesterday!! I want to start by saying the level of customer service we received from the time we walked in the door until we left was unmatched!!

I do not remember her name and I feel sad about that but she was the one who took our order, gave us a warm welcome, very knowledgeable, very caring, very giving, very sweet, her energy was so pure and over all she made me and my babies feel sooooooo warm and welcome to be in this establishment!!

I love the food, the boba the atmosphere and everything about our experience here! We will be back again and again!! Thank you 🥰🥰🥰

I am 36 years old and born and raised in USA. My experiences with the Asian community has been more bad than good.

I really dislike walking into an Asian dominate establishment who love our money but they treat us very poorly. I have made amazing connections with a few Asian people whom I love and hold dear to my heart. But there are some that put a very bad taste in my mouth.

I love everyone no matter your race. I have Asian my blood but many don’t know that. My message is coming from a place where love.

I will continue to support this amazing business and I hope to see more Asian dominate establishments treat people...

Decided to try this place out with my wife this past week. It was easy to find and had plenty of parking. The place was clean, but is small with two tables to accommodate four people each and bar stools on the other wall. We were greeted upon entry and the cashier was very helpful in understanding the menu. The prices were very reasonable and the portion sizes were so big, I couldn't finish it all. The food was fresh and very hot. My only concerns, which did not affect their rating, are they did not have fountain drinks, but bottles; however, they didn't overcharge for them. I do recommend they add a couple other selections for those with particular taste, like Dr. Pepper. The second, which may sound weird, was the sheer amount of chicken on the plate, which dwarfed the fried rice, but I will just make a request to alter the portion sizes next time. Otherwise, this place deserves your money, so...

Wow like WOW, I'm from jersey moved to ocala a few years ago. I have tried all of the chineese places around here and decided to try this one last night. It blows every other one away. The food was so flavorful, the owners care about cleanliness and service inside there place. The woman who helped me made a strawberry drink for my daughter on the house for our first visit. I will not be going anywhere but here from now on. Pork fried rice was so flavorful, the beef lomein as well not dry full pieces of beef didn't feel like rubber at almost every other place we been to.
