I give it two stars only because the girls giving out the food were nice but that girl taking your money with the long black hair is so so RUDE! When she was taking my order she just started talking to someone else. I had no idea if she was talking to me or what was going on and then when I asked her she was rude about it. She doesn’t say excuse me or can you hold on a minute please first or anything. And I asked her about a certain sandwich she acted like I was asking for a favor or something. She was rude about it. Then she made some comment to me when I went to pay and I asked her what she said and she wouldn’t answer me. Now I have worked as a waitress for years when I was younger and no one ever talked to customers how some of the help do today unless you wanted to lose your job. The management really needs to start doing something about this. This is why I don’t go to this location McDonald’s and ONLY if I have to for some reason but I try not to ever go. The foods not good for you unless you want to have a heart attack. And for what you get, they reduced the portions, raised the prices and most of the time you get terrible service from someone there and they ruin it for the good workers. I have a son that just got out of the hospital and he wanted McDonald’s and that is the only reason I went there in the first place. Managers need to do there jobs and mange and train and retrain until they get a good crew and then try to keep the good ones and reduce the hours or fire the ones you get complaints on all the time or at least don’t put them waiting on customers in any way. Nowadays when you go out to eat in certain places the waitresses act like they are doing you a favor by answering your questions or just waiting on you. Sick of rude bad service at this...

Tempo of the conversation of young lady working the drive thru was sooo extremely fast it was NOT intelligible. Additionally, when did it become the 'way' MCDONALD'S trains its team members the way-of-work is to NOT greet customers. Our initial interaction today was, "will you be using the app for your order?" NOT Hello; NOT Good Afternoon; It seems custom now is 2 jump right into getting the order, without taking the time 2 greet the customer. But the most bothersome thing was our request for the 2 meals we ordered 2 be placed in separate bags. The young lady who took the order NEVER mentioned that MCDONALDS is no longer allowed 2 put orders in separate bags. As a result, when the young lady @ the pick-up window attempted to give us our order in 1 bag & we shared we asked for separate bags; it was then we were told they 'are no longer allowed to put orders in separate bags but, they could give us another bag for us to do it ourself'. Whyyyyy? 😱🤔 The young lady walks away w/ the bag & the store mgr shows up @ window w/ same bag & another bag stuck down in the original bag & put it out the window 2 us. No comment/No explanation. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT IN THESE EXPERIENCES TODAY FROM SUCH AN ICONIC BIZ - McDonald's #18305 (NW 27th Ave, Ocala,FL) McDonald's #18305 remind team mbrs they represent the store mgr, franchise owner, district/regional mgr an ultimately the CORPORATE LEADERSHIP & they must ALWAYS present & represent the core values of McDonald's founders. Read moreThey forgot me at curbside. I ordered on the App a block away. Decided to just get it curbside. There was nobody else at curbside so I thought it'd be quicker than waiting behind the roughly eight cars that were in the drive-thru line. Waited for 15 minutes while All the cars I would have been behind filtered through the drive-thru plus about 20 more. I knew something had to be wrong. I had just been in an accident and couldn't get in and out of the car or walk all that well, so I pulled around to the drive-thru, again after about 15 minutes (or more) of waiting. I told them I was waiting for my food at curbside. I ended up going in. The manager (Darlene) tried to tell me that somebody brought my food out and I wasn't there. I told her unless it was in the last few minutes then that's not true. She told me she would check the cameras insinuating that what I was saying was a lie. I know they just forgot about me and the bag just sat there. I asked her where's the food that they brought out. She told me it was cold so they threw it away. Anyway, while I was waiting for them to make the fresh food I seen her staring at her cell phone and texting. I normally wouldn't mind that cuz I know everybody has to do it a little bit but the reason that ticked me off is because I had more to talk to her about and she kind of just walked away from me.
