I had the displeasure of having my high regards for Mojo’s shot down by an awful experience at this location today. After many years of coming here I will NEVER return to this location again and urge others to do the same. Unprofessional kitchen and management dirty bathrooms, and bad food. The only saving grace was our server Malakai who was prompt and polite. I have no idea what was going on in the kitchen but as someone in the food industry I was appalled. Spinach dip was cold and the chips were mostly crumbs with too much salt, my mother’s medium burger was well done and very dry (looked like particle board on the inside) not to mention she didn’t get the mushrooms she ordered and then took 15 minutes to get them after asking it does NOT take that long to grill mushrooms especially with a mostly empty restaurant on a Thursday. My pulled pork quesadilla was decent but definitely not the standard I receive at the silver springs location. The meat was dry, not spread evenly between the tortilla, and like someone squirted a little bbq sauce on it and called it a day. Not to mention the bell peppers were sticking out of the top and had been cut weird so they were awkward to eat. Mixed veggies were the same and lukewarm. Seasoned waffle fries were clearly cooked in stale oil. The veggies that came with my mom’s burger were subpar at best. Bathroom had several flies hanging around and it clearly wasn’t cleaned in a while as well as the front doors glass was very dirty. Again the restaurant was practically empty I genuinely do not understand what the heck has happened to mojo’s but my mother and I will never return to this location. We do not want any free offers to return either. That’s how bad it was. Should have taken pictures but we were all famished and dumbfounded to be honest. Mom asked for a box since she ate maybe a quarter of her burger to feed it to our dogs. Seriously. Do better. W T F ! ?

At about 2:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday, we were surprised to see the minimal amount of patrons as we walked in. We were greeted by what appeared to be a shift supervisor and or manager/asst.manager. This person said, "We'll be right with you." Assuming that meant "quickly" we patiently waited in front of the host podium. This female "trainer" was accompanied by another female employee. As we continued to wait for several minutes, I witnessed the "training session" continue about 5 feet from us. Explaining the menu etc.... I made eye contact with other servers (at least 3) in the restaurant area as they carried on their responsibilities when the crew outnumbers the patrons. After about 4-5 minutes of listening to the training session and being ignored by all other staff, we made the decision to leave. I am so disappointed at the lack of customer service and professionalism. If you as the owner or manager read this, FIRE this "trainer / supervisor." If you ARE the manager that did this.....QUIT. You have no concept of how the Service Industry works. I think its safe to say, this location will never see us again and my opinion will be shared with anyone who sings the praises of this Mojo location. Intent on giving Mojo a second chance, we drove to another Mojos location (In Belleview). Different experience. Greeted by 3 employees as we walked in (one being our server Christianna who was carrying food to other customers). Christianna after serving her customers, immediately sat us. Read moreFirst off our waiter seemed like he was going to great right off but as soon as we finally got our drinks we sat there till our drinks were almost gone before he showed up to take our order. Then our drinks sat empty forever and then he only filled a couple of them here and there and it took forever to get our drinks after we ordered them. There was only 8 people in our group. I don't know if he had to many tables to take care of or what exactly the problem was? I have been to this same restaurant 3 times now and got the bone-in wings the first 2 times and they were terrible! So I ordered the pound for $12.95 of boneless this time and they are the worse thing I have ever ate. They tasted like frost burnt or dehydrated chicken. The chicken seemed to have been shaved real thin and it was literally like eating pork cracklins. I literally didn't see much on the menu that like or would eat. It took forever to get our bill and we had 3 drinks extra of our friends and we didn't want have to wait to get it changed so our bill was $10 more than it should have been.
