Dumsers Dairyland Factory — Restaurant in Ocean City

Last night, July 2, 2019, at approximately 8:15 pm, Me and my daughters stopped at the Dumser's at 501 S. Philadelphia ave. in OC, MD. I noticed the 2 young ladies who served at the take out window laughing and looking suspiciously at one another and then at me as one of them fixed my girls' soda that we ordered. I didn't think much of it at the time. We paid, got the drinks, and went on our merry way. As we waited for the tram, my daughter took off the lid to eat the ice. She noticed that there was a bug in it. "How disgusting!" I thought. Why would those girls do such a thing? Why would they think it was funny? I actually like Dumsers. I had a strawberry milkshake earlier, but from another location. Those girls need to be dealt with. I'd prefer to email their manager, but whenever I select "website," either FB or review pops up. Anyway, I hope their manager sees this, They need some professional training in hospitality. Because of them, I refuse to patronize...

The people behind the counter were somewhat rude and unprofessional. The person taking our order had an earbud in, while she was taking our order. We ordered 3 small ice creams, and it cost us over $12. There were no vegan options to accommodate my vegan. The ice cream was not worth the hype, I personally was not happy with my ice cream, however my daughter seemed pleased with her coffee ice cream. Overall, I will not be coming...

Got the Large Cup, Oreo and Vanilla with a cake cone. It was good and creamy and I swear the Oreos over generic cookies made a difference. We also got black raspberry in a waffle cone which was good as well. The kid wanted another waffle cone plain it was liked so much. Also got the Hawaiian delight in a waffle cone.
