Definitely worth a day pass especially if you're going to want to shower and change after the beach. Pool was clean and not full (on a Monday... So not sure what the weekend would be like). Food was as expected for beach vibes. I got a slushie (the morning x of the Pina colada and strawberry daiquiri with a floater, and it was very good. Also got the hot dog... typical hot dog. Tuna nachos were reportedly good per my friend. Changing facilities/bathrooms were VERY clean but HOT. Perfect spot for a day trip to the beach.

A great amenity for Ocean Pines owners and renters. The beach club features an open air bar and restaurant, pool, bathrooms, showers, and volleyball. Parking is accessible from 49th street, it can fill up quickly especially Friday to Sunday in the summer. You must have a parking permit to use the lot. Some street parking is available as well. Lots of updates over the years keep it modern and looking good.

The atmosphere was awesome but the food left a little to be desired. The flatbreads both came out lukewarm and were not very flavorful. My daughter enjoyed the cream of crab soup and my son liked his club sandwich. The saving grace was the brownie sundae that we shared which was delicious.

My family of 3 paid for a vacation home in Ocean Pines, MD. We used the beach area and parking lot which was “included” in the stay, as we’re considered “guests.” It was during the Holiday, so very busy, and my 6 year old had to use the restroom. After a half mile hike back to the beach club, my daughter and I were turned away at the restroom door by Lynn, asking for a club pass. I explained we had the pass in my locked car, and she expected me to get a picture of it with my phone. My daughter and I were only in our swim gear and my 6 year old already could not hold it longer, but Lynn still turned us away to find a “public” restroom. So extremely grateful to the patrons who let us take a spare parking pass. I don’t want to name them because I don’t want them to get into trouble for lending the pass to a 6 year old so she didn’t have an accident that would’ve tormented her. (No worries Lynn-we returned it!) The gentlemen know who they are, as they do work on the premises, and I thank them greatly. As for Lynn, I just shake my head. So sad she feels she is too privileged to share the restroom with my 6 year old daughter. Mind you, we were also the only ones asked to show a pass.. 2023 and she has the audacity to let my little girl know we are still not privileged enough to use a beach club house...

The Ocean Pines Beach Club and swimming pool were great! However, the pool and locker rooms are supposed to close at 6 PM. Every time my family and I go the older lady that watches to make sure everyone has their beach club passes to enter the bathrooms, showers and changing rooms, always closes and locks up at 5:45-5:50. She will tell you at 5:40 if you enter with your beach bag that you are not allowed to bring your bag in for fear that you will change or take a shower and will not be out by 5:45, so she can lock up early. If you arrive at 5:50 just to use the restroom, it is already locked. I would recommend that the association either hire someone who will stay to the end of their shift and close at the appropriate time or change the sign and pool announcements to reflect the actual time that the restrooms, shower and changing area...

Stayed at a place in ocean pines, had a parking pass that was in the car. Had two small kids in tow and they needed to run to the bathroom. Was stopped by someone saying I needed the pass in order to enter the bathroom. It was in the car hanging because it was needed for the parking lot. I explained that and they rudely said they needed to see it as if I was lying. I left to get a picture of it. Meanwhile my 2 year old started crying because she had sand in her face. Couldn’t rinse off because I still had to run to the car. Meanwhile the same attendant let an older gentleman in just by answering where the house was located. No apology when I returned with the pass. Whatever happened to human decency? Loved staying at the house that I rented. Won’t be buying food from the beach club...
