The Bar — Restaurant in Ocean City

I came here with friends last night because they needed to use the bathroom, my first impression was great! It looks like a well put-together bar. Howeber, there was an old lady working the bar, who insisted we weren't 21, and those who didn't need to use the bathroom. Saying it over and over again as if we weren't 21. Our whole party were of age, and it was very irritating. I guess I look underage, so at least that's flattering Any future business you may have gotten from me is gone since apparently I am not...

Cheap Eats that are very very good. Convenient location near the inlet but where you can always find some parking a block or two away. Or do what we do and ride the bus! Homey bar decor Reminiscent of taprooms from the 50s and 60s which oddly is very comforting. Top notch table service. The staff are very friendly. We go at least a couple times a month and feel that there’s no better value on the boardwalk for inexpensive beers ...

Great location, ok spot. Very long bar, some video games (including a good older pinball machine in the way back), looks like live music on occasion. The other side of the building is an open diner area, inexpensive food. I’ll come back, but don’t “have” to stop here every time I’m in O.C. Maybe Sunday afternoon isn’t the right time, I’ll check back...
