I never felt discriminated against in my life I walked up to want to eat at Sonic but needed to wash up first the men's room was locked so I went to the women since they were busy no one was in there so I decided to wash my hands in my face and change into my job outfit before I had to go to work and eat lunch there and then go when all of a sudden there's a knock at the door I'm thinking it's a customer know it's one of the employees jingling keys right there watching me made me feel very uncomfortable right then and there decided not to eat here if that's how they were going to treat their customers and decided to eat across the street from them so so rude racist and discriminatory on my appearance if that's how they treat customers by just looking at them and judging them they have a very poor personality and opinion of customer service or any service at...

We've visited this sonic quite a lot over the past couple of years and I don't know what has changed but the service blows lately. First off, a few weeks ago we ordered some cheese sticks and a large water. We waited 20+ minutes until my husband called back and told them we never received our order. The girl said, "Oh.. yeah. Next visit we came by for a milkshake, it took no less than 15-20 minutes.

Then yesterday, I went by for a cup of ice, thats all, and it took 15 minutes.

I don't know what is going on with this location but the other sonic location on Bienville Blvd kills it and they are just as busy. Any time i have ordered anything there I have had no problems and the service...

I just ordered a Reese’s Peanut Butter Blast. I gave the carhop a tip as usual, even though it took forever to bring that one item. I drove away and thought I was about to enjoy my favorite blast. Just as I took my 3rd or 4th spoonful, the Reeses started disappearing. Little did I know, they only put Reeses over the top. Yes, I was mad as hell!! I feel played!
