Let me first start by saying this is the first time I’ve had this low of an experience here. I ordered door dash waited in my car then became restless. Tried calling the store twice bc I’m sick and do not want to enter an establishment to get others sick but it’s curbside for a reason. I go in to see one associate visibly crying and just not making eye contact but it seems as though she clocked out and didn’t tell anyone (pink and blonde hair) but no one told any of us “we are sorry for your wait we will be right with you. That was my first issue. The young lady with the locs or braids was not aware she clocked out and mind you this was after she clearly asked the girl was she ok or needed help but she just walked by her. My second issue is if you have kitchen staff preparing food, all hair needs to be covered with the net! I saw none in site. I’m canceling my order. It’s not the staffs fault they are short staffed but one I should not hear your frustrations from the common area and you still need to inform the 7 customers sitting here waiting on their orders. It has a great menu but it has trouble delivering the product you expect. Corporate must have low expectations. There is no consistency with the food. You never know what you are going to get. Occasionally, I have gone and the food was good. I got the chef salad tonight which I have had many times to go. It is suppose to have various deli meats in pieces on the salad. I seriously could barely find any meat. The little bit of meat was minced so small you could barely find it. I guess this is a tactic to save money but to continue to charge high prices. Most people don’t mind paying a little extra for a great meal, but this is unacceptable. If you look at the reviews, it appears that the good ones are fake. My Ruben was really soggy. The one downside of the bread was just soaked. It was hard to pick up. it seems like they charge $1.25 for the pickle spear which I didn’t know because I could do it without that. The lady that served me was pleasant but the place was pretty much deserted. Kind of strange for 6 PM on a Friday night. to my wife and I the value for money is not there anymore. Plus they charge you at 3% fee for online orders. That would be fine if they did something special for you, but if you eat there, they have to wash the dishes they have to clean the table and you can ask for a to go box so it’s the same thing.
