I bought an ice cream cake from this location in 3/3/17 for a baby shower. The cake was suppose to say congratulations Mila & Noah. However it stated congralation. I did not notice the mistake until I got to my office because the girl had packaged it in a bag with the other items I had gotten. I immediately called the store back and explained to them the situation. The manager on duty stated ok come back for a refund. I returned to the location after my shift. When I arrived she stated that there was nothing she could do because the manager wasn't there. I explained to her that I traveled out of my way to come back because they had told me to and I was not leaving to come back another day out of my way again. She called the manager and put me on the phone with him. He stated that in order for him to do something he would need to receive the cake back. I explained that we only have a refrigerator in my office kit a freezer therefore the cake melted. He stated there was nothing he could do for me even though I had my receipt and a picture of the cake. I said I was once a store manager of a food company and if the restaurant or fast food location makes a mistake that the customer keeps the mistake and gets a fresh one. After he kept stating there was nothing he could do. I simply said if you were a real store manager you would at least offer to give me the $8 back that i paid for the saying to be written on the cake. He continued to say he needed his product back. After going back and forth and me saying would he like me to scrap the icing off the melted cake and bring it back. He finally at least gave me my 8 dollars back. They also have a really long line most days now multiple minute waits Today was a short line at 7 minute wait to get my order from start to finish. I also believe I got double charged as I paid with my Dunkin app and reloaded it right before payment. I'm not sure if my Duncan app will show the transaction or not but hopefully it will and I can get some of my money back because they still had to pay an additional $4. Update just went to go eat my bagel not only did they mess up my order by just putting a non-toasted non-cream cheese sesame bagel but it's also in there without a wrap or anything in a bag. Read moreThe boston cream donut has no boston cream. Every time I get any type of donut that is filled, it literally has a dime size amount of filling in the donut. Jelly, apple crumb and boston creme. The employees seem like they don't want to be there. Some give dirty looks others are standing around. They don't put your drinks in a cup tray but when you walk in to recieve your order they make sure they make eye contact with you as if it was out of spite. You can order on the go and your food won't be ready when you walk in and no one is being served. Sometimes my hot tea is made as hot coffee or you coffee tastes burnt.
