I occasionally order catering pickup for different events. The food quality is good and affordable and the customer service I’ve experienced thus far is excellent. I’ve called before with a question and was spoken to very kindly and respectfully. This morning I called to make an edit to an order I’m picking up this evening and the woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely kind and friendly. If you ever see an older guy by the name of Steve, run! Piss poor service, I felt pure anger from this worker because I was ordering 1 sandwich. While he was making my sub the lack of care was very evident. Im sorry I said everything and didn't want peppers, I didn't need to be reprimanded saying well then don't say everything... I sould have asked to speak to a supervisor and have them make me another. Instead I kindly said thank you as he almost threw my sandwich at me like here and get the F outta my face for having me do my job. Worst service I have ever received...
