I stopped eating here, plain and simple - too bad I can't give ZERO stars...
[UPDATE - 11/18] Should have stuck to my guns and stayed far away from this place. Sadly, I made a pit stop here, out of desperation, due to a few factors and the fact I was getting a simple, non-modified order. WRONG ANSWER. I ordered a simple number 8, four piece tender meal. Waited in the drive through for 12 minutes (TWELVE). Got home and LOW AND BEHOLD, I received a chicken sandwich instead of my order. So I take the drive back, go inside, am ignored for a good 6-10 minutes (along with the other 15 people in line). I tell one of the girls my problem, SHOW HER the receipt and am told I ordered the wrong thing. Really??? Look at the receipt. Anyway, a manager comes out, apologizes, gives me the cost difference of my meal and I literally wait another 25 minutes to get my 4 tenders and new fry. While waiting, an Uber Eats driver comes in looking for their order to deliver, and the staff had THROWN the order out! w o w. I'n not even going to mention the people behind me who all had issues with their orders. I was watching the order fulfillment process, and it literally looks like the staff bags up whatever is nearby and then just haphazardly gives whatever to whomever is at the drive through. Sheer insanity. Yeah, I'm staying as far away from this disaster as I can possibly get.
[ORIGINAL REVIEW] I have never been to a McDonald's that has such an utter disregard for the customers. EVERY single time I went to this location, something was missing from my order, or just wrong. Forget about even trying to order something slightly different, like salt-less fries or no onions on a burger. Do that, and your meal will get either wrecked or you'll be ferried to the curbside waiting area, for EVER.
Speaking of the curbside waiting. I've had the displeasure of having to go there at least every 1 out of 3 times I've done drive through. Every single time, I have had to wait, at the very least, 15 minutes. This for something as simple as a double 1/4 pounder. My last visit ever there, I waited for 30 minutes (just to see how long I could go), before going inside. There were literally like 6 employees standing around or laughing or ignoring me. The shift manager finally came over to me (I was AT the counter) and asked what she could help me with. I told her I had been waiting 30 minutes IN THEIR DESIGNATED PICK UP AREA, and no one came to check on me. She then told me that my meal was given to someone else. 5 minutes later she had my meal, apologized and gave me some pies for my 30 minutes lost.
This is the worse MCDonald's I have been to. The staff could care less about the customers (well, one or two do - a girl that does the drive through window is actually really nice and pleasant). A complete employee overhaul would be in order.
Now when I crave McD's I go to one that is about 10 minutes further from my home, because I refuse to give this location any more...
Read moreThis McDonalds has advertised on their doors that the dinning room closes at 11pm as I was going towards the door closest to the drive thru since I was picking up an online order and the door was locked (it was only 10:30) so I figured the other door was unlocked but it was not. I had to wait in the drive thru for the order after I had already wasted about 5 minutes figuring out that the dinning room was closed even though it was supposed to be open. I proceed to wait in the drive thru to let the employee know that I am there to pick up an online order and when the employee finally speaks he sounds asleep and with no desire to be working that late. I tell him I have an order to pick up and I ask him "what time do you close your dinning room?" he tells me an 9pm and tells me the time on the doors is wrong... then he tells me to go to the 2nd window for my pickup, by now I've been waiting for a total of 15 minutes for a pick up that should of taken at most 5 minutes. At 20 minutes I get to the 2nd window after 3 to 4 have already received thier orders they ordered directly at the restaurant and I tell the female employee I am there for the online order and she tells me that it will be another 10 to 15 minutes. I am sorry but that is ridiculous, 30+ minutes to pick up an online order made in advance for the sole purpose to get food fast. That is not what happened here. First of all the dining room should of been opened because it was not 11pm so that customers can walk in and order/dine in, second online orders should be priority even when you have a drive thru full and third please have happier more awake employees that actually want to work and serve customers. I ended up canceling the pickup order. I would not reccomend anyone ordering online late at night from this McDonalds. Wait times...
Read moreOkay extra onion no pickles, have a look at the picture and notice exactly the opposite. Way to go McDonald's lol!! We ordered 3 hamburgers like this and all 3 were wrong. Also, even though it was busy the fries were old and cold which is sadly typical.
I can't complain about the attitude of the workers, everyone was very nice and friendly I have no issues. However perhaps they should pay a little attention to what they're doing. LoL
UPDATE... We go to this McDonald's once a week, every week very early morning at around 5:45 am. I always order the same thing, a steak bagel no egg extra onions. I used to order extra sauce but they charge for that and not one single time did they ever put any extra so I quit trying. Now they have never bothered to put the extra onion but they always get the "no egg" right and the bagel is always good so I don't complain and the workers are very nice and I know they must be tired at that time of the morning. However this week the bagel was just sad! It was a burned hard dried up nasty little piece of meat that I guess once was steak lol. There once again was no extra onion and the ONE sad onion that was on there was so burned it was practically unrecognizable. I'm sorry but that Bagel is expensive, it's over $7 for a McDonald's sandwich which is sad but to pay all that money for sandwich that is not really edible is just not right. If any managers out there actually read these things I would love to be contacted about this. Once again the staff is lovely so I hate to complain to them but I don't honestly know why they would serve this thing to any customer let alone one that they see every week and...
