I ordered the sesame chicken combo. Hardly any sesame on it it tasted like sweet sour. That’s not the worst of it though. One of the chicken nuggets was not chicken at all even though she argued with me that it was. I don’t think a ball of shredded, What seemed like clear rubber bands, is in anyway chicken! I don’t think chicken stretches like a rubber band, and it was one big ball of it. I called the restaurant and had to listen to who I think was the owner screaming and yelling at somebody in Chinese. One of the kids came to the phone. I told him about it and I told him I was bringing it back. The lady who I am assuming was one of the owners Was yelling at me that it was chicken and it was just the muscle. A great way to retain customers, especially when you’re in the wrong! I’ve been cooking my whole life. I’ve never had a piece of chicken like that!! Funniest looking chicken I’ve ever seen! She was very combative with me. I told her I wanted my money back. I spent over $18, with a receipt, and she gave me $15 back in cash as she was yelling! The pork fried rice was tasteless along with the small pieces of pork that didn’t even look like pork, it had a bright red Rim on it.! Needless to say, I won’t be going back and buyer beware of what you’re eating and paying for! I’m assuming I got the $15 only because I did not return the cookies and had eaten the eggroll first! Although we've always been happy with the food (although mediocre), tonight I had to call to update an item that was no longer available via DoorDash menu. (It happens, right?!) The guy I spoke to was so incredibly rude. He sighed heavily (eye roll kind of sign) and then a second loud sigh left his month with an "oh my god" after I asked for a recommendation/made a decision for the replacement item. I was pretty shocked and said "sorry?" And it was then he told me that he "needs to use the restroom really bad". I told him to put me on hold and he said that he would just wait. It was all so bizarre. Bottom line the rude, unsolicited behavior is a big no for me.

Hope management/owner sees this and is able to talk to the young man who was working phones on 6/20...

I ordered the cashew chicken and it is the worst thing I have ever tasted. It tasted like it was cooked in old oil, the sauce tasted burnt, there was a whole 6 cashews for a large order. Very disappointed and I will never return. I returned my order and the girl argued with me that there was nothing wrong with the dish. She even picked up a piece of the chicken from my order and ate it, saying it tastes fine. Who eats from a dish someone already has eaten off of???? Speaks volumes about their health code.
