Horrible, HORRIBLE service! I would rate them one-tenth of a star but that wasn't an option! I ordered a double meat green chile cheese burger to go, and to my surprise the burger was a single. Now, I am one who can forgive errors but this is where the dilemma escalates. I called them to politely let them know that there was a mistake on my order. They told me that I could receive a refund or come back for the correct order. Because that burger happens to be my favorite thing to order, it was no burden coming back for the correct order. When I returned they wanted me to pay for another burger. I informed them what I received was a mistake and they didn't want to own up to it. I know what I paid for because a double meat costs 8.95 before tax and 9.69 after tax. I even had my receipt to show the host about the error. That's when the waiter acted new and said I had ordered a single not a double, which is complete bull by the way. I know for a fact the single costs 7.95 before tax and 8.61 after tax. I just don't understand why they thought I would be okay with this! It was more a battle of words to see who was right but their points were so invalid. After receiving such poor combative customer service I figured no burger was worth this trouble. After I left I called and now I have an appointment with the general manager. I WILL be informing him of the resistance and poor customer service I received. I HIGHLY recommend you go else where. At this point I think I would rather eat at Ajuua's with their bugs than this sorry excuse of...

We entered and waited for 10 minutes to be seated. Four wait staff were walking around doing prep work, chatting, rolling silverware, anything but waiting on tables. One older woman was checking people out, seating them, and waiting on all tables while the other folks ignored everyone.

After we were seated, one woman brought our drinks and refused to take our order because she wasn't the waitress... had to wait a while longer for the older woman who seemed to be doing all of the work to get done checking people out and taking orders from the folks who had been waiting before us.

Food was awful, greasy and unflavored - the salsa on the table had flavor at least to add to it. The one working waitress was kind, but overworked and the other young people walking around should have been doing something to help the tables. They weren't working the kitchen, they weren't doing prep after a few minutes, just blocking the bathroom hallway and talking while one person helped all of the diners.

I would avoid unless you like waiting for long periods for extremely bland and...

Ordered fajitas they arrived with no tortillas or hot sauce. Called restaurant they said I have to order and pay $2 for 2oz of hot sauce, or $5 for 8oz. You only get guacamole and sour cream. I can drive back up there and get my tortillas if I want. The Lady who answered the phone didn’t want to hear my concerns, and told me to call back and speak to Robert. No thanks. I wonder if they realize the success of any business is repeated business. I am a business owner too, mistakes do happen but you make things right and in return the customer is happy. A happy customer will keep coming back for years and will recommend your establishment to friends and family and your business will grow.

Did I mention this is at 2:30pm non business hours? Lucky for me there are other great Mexican Restaurants near the country club who provide their customers free hot sauce with any order. My order for one was $27, I think 2oz of hot sauce is deserving. I do love their food I hope they can get their service and customer...

Place had just opened for a couple of hours. The waiter seemed sleepy. He took our drink order. The horchata was the powdered mix. The Dr. Pepper was so watered down(grosse). We asked for the large guacamole, and the young man brought three small balls of it. My daughter and I got the fajitas for two. More veggies than meat. My plate of sides looked and tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for quite some time. Bean's from a can. The top layer of the "Spanish" rice was crunchy, while the bottom layer was squishy. Uncle Ben's Spanish rice in the bag tastes better. We left it there and just left. This place was definitely not worth it. We will never go back. What a waste of time.

12/04/21 There are lots of native Odessans that consider this their favorite Mexican place to eat and I can see why. The service was fast and friendly, the food was delicious as well. My husband and I ate chips, salsa and queso. I had the combination plate with 2 beef tacos, 2 beef enchiladas with red sauce that were not spicy and my husband had the carne guisada that had a little kick to it. We also enjoyed the tres leches that was very sweet but had the perfect amount of liquid to make the cake moist. Prices were in line with the area. I would come back and would recommend.
