We usually like coming here but the past few times have been awful. I can literally see them walking slow and taking forever when making smoothies, and I've work at a smoothie place so i know what it takes. Today my father came around 12pm, they told him he could get a free smoothie with the app, he says he doesn't have the app and asks for his total, for some reason the lady just keeps telling him that it won't be free without the app, he says that's fine. When he gets up to the window they tell him they'll give him a minute to get the app, he says he doesn't want to. Like seriously that is just weird to keep insisting like that. Then they give us coke zero and not regular coke and my father tells them and they give him the right one. The whole time we hear them laughing and giggling, I don't know about what but it does make customers feel a type of way when there's an issue and multiple workers are giggling and laughing. Furthermore, I don't know how someone working food service can thinks it's okay to act like this. The service has gotten slower, however what is really upsetting is today I pulled up to the window and the lady told me my total which was a little over 8 dollars. She then runs my card and as I check the th receipt after I left it shows that I was charged an extra .87 for a tip. Now I have had them ask me for a tip once before and I got to choose the amount but she didn't do this at all so my assumption is she just chose for me to leave a tip without getting my consent. Read moreThey open at 8am. I pulled up 4 minutes before 8 and their response to me was "ma'am we dont open till 8am" and I said "that's okay I can wait the couple of min. Then another women proceeds to tell me, "ma'am im gona need you to back up or move out the drive thru because it's going to effect our drive time". Okay well then that means you are open and should probly take my order. I have never been to an establishment that told me something like that ESPECIALLY so close to opening.
