I ordered meals online for myself and my family on the evening/closing shift april 27th, it came to $51.00 and 2 mins after ordering it there employees cancelled my order saying they didn't have the meals we wanted. So we drove over to the same arbys to reorder our food and the manager named Adam was very rude gave us no option but to get take out instead of sitting down to eat. We could hear them in the back saying that our order was the $51.00 order they just cancelled, so they couldn't close early. All the employees were rude and mad we came in. I cannot believe that they cancelled our order to close early! Then treat us like garbage when we can in and they had at least an hour before closing. One employee followed us to the door and watch us leave with scowl on his face as if to be intimidating towards me and my family. I love arbys food but the manager Adam and his night crew are absolutely ridiculous and extremely rude as well as attempting to be intimidating over three roast beef sandwiches nothing that was difficult to make when they have an hour before closing. They were also trying to rush out an elderly man finishing his meal in the dining room. I'll NEVER go back there especially on night shift, you need a new night crew...
Read moreWe have always had good service and good food from our local Arby’s. But today the food and service was not good at all!!!! First of all after my husband ordered the food and they asked him to pull forward to wait for the order to be ready. After he sat there for almost 20 minutes and four cars got their orders and left while he was sitting there waiting for our order he finally got out of the car to go get the food and they came bringing it out to him. When he got home with our food my sweet potato waffle fries were absolutely petrified and hard as a rock and stone cold!! They forgot the French dip sauce for my French dip sandwich which the meat was dry the bun was hard and dry like it had been sitting made for about four hours. To say the least we are very unsatisfied with our meal and service today don’t know that will be going back again!!

Read moreHORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Experience. I was working for Uber eats and this short older lady yells that the lobby is closed as soon as I walk in. (I was just following the directions. As they requested Uber orders should go inside.) I wait at the window forever and she finally opens the window hands me a bag and shuts the window without saying one word. I sit there waiting for her to open the window back up since she forgot the shake. She finally opens the window and let's me remind her of the missing item. No apologies. Not much words are exchanged.. I don't know if she treats all customers like this. Or if she thinks she doesn't need manners for Uber eats drivers. But I'm still a customer when I'm off the clock, and I will never go back. I will recommend others do not go to...
