Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Ogden

Okay, I don't think I've ever left a one star review. Unfortunately, I placed an order for pickup, the store hours said they were open until 7pm. An hour or so before I went to pick up my order and they were closed. I'm a pretty busy person, so it took me several days to get ahold of them, over and over the staff told me there was no manager to talk to. Eventually, I spoke to someone who said the managers name was Owen and he would be on shift on a certain date. I called and they said there was no manager, but the manager would call me back. Several calls and months later, I finally got ahold of a manager who told me "Owen" was never a manager, and they could see my order but couldn't do anything about it. I asked for either the food or a refund, the person stated they couldn't do anything... So I asked for their supervisor, the district supervisor, guy doesn't answer my call but texts me back and says there was never a manager names Owen... Wouldn't comp me or refund my money, a couple of calls later, a staff member told me that Owen was in fact a manager, but either stepped down or was demoted. TL;DR. TERRIBLE...

First off i ordered 3 sandwiches. My sandwhich (big John) hand barely anything on it. Only a couple of slices of roast beef and only a couple of slices of cheese and barely any lettuce. i ordered extra avocado and i barely had any, it was all on the back end of my sandwhich. I ordered a turkey sandwhich and all that was on it was a couple slices of cheese with ZERO condiments. My 3rd sandwhich was a blt with avocado and cucumber and had no cucumber or avocado. It had only 2 slices of bacon and it only covered half the sandwhich. And all the other toppings were barely even there. Everything i expected was clearly on the receipt. When my bag was handed to me the chips amd napkins were hanging out the top and made it difficult tp handle. The soda nosels obviously havent been cleaned in awhile because i can taste the mold. I use to work as a GM in the fast food industry and this is CLEARLY unacceptable and If i was the GM id fire everyone in that store. This was my first experience at this store and i doubt ill be going to any...

Ordered for pick up online. Drove up for drive thru and waited 20 minutes with several cars in front of me. Once it was my turn, I told The guy on the speaker I was doing a pick up and he told me to pull up. Uh.. pull up how? I had 3 cars in front of me still waiting for their order. I waited another 6 minutes and decided to back out. I shouted towards the cars behind me to pull backwards and not eat here. The guy on the speaker was like, “I’m busy! I only got one guy. You can leave if you want. “ I said… “bro, I orders this shit online. I’m trying to walk up to your store to get this”

So I get everyone to back out in reverse. I walk in, no apologies nothing. I get asked for my name again and a guy handed my order and told me to grab chips.

No greeting, no apologies nothing. Came into this location happy. I Left, so mad ruined my day and wasted 25 minutes for a little sandwich combo.
