Arby's — Restaurant in Ohio

I used to go here all the time when I worked at the cable company. But that was at night. If you go during the day, you won't get quality food. I have made the mistake of going during the day twice now and the food was awful. Both times the meat was cold, it was chewy and not edible. Fries were cold and the last time I went I ordered a soda, coke or Pepsi, I don't remember and it was nothing but carbonation. They had to have seen it when they poured it. When we complained they offered me another type of soda instead of fixing the one that was out, when I asked how long it would take them to change the syrup they told me 30 minutes. I worked in fast food, it doesn't take but a couple minutes. No one wanted to be bothered to do it. I used to love this Arby's, but I have stopped going, so did my parents, they loved it too. But more than one bad experience leaves a bad taste in your mouth....

Very disappointed recently. I will always give anywhere the benefit of doubt. Last 4 times I've been there was unsatisfactory. 3 times in a month ,computers down and couldn't take orders. Went back today, 12/11/21 and finally was able to order hot honey wings. Spent 20.00 for myself and grandson. Got home and short 9 wings.I also witnessed the forgotten food from car that left in front of me. Drove back and went inside to get wings that I was shorted. No apologies!!!! Offered nothing for Xtra trip back !! If treated right, I wouldn't care !! Also witnessed a female employee sorting all the Xtra sauces on the floor in back. YES ON THE FLOOR!! A uniquely terrible experience. Ordered chicken tenders and a few other items. Wasn’t given some of the items, and the chicken they gave me was burnt black. Literally black. I took it back in and the manager just looked at me and said they all look like that. I said I’m not eating chicken that’s been burnt to death. She gave me a refund but no apologies or explanation. Who screws up that bad, then still serves it up for people. I mean, my god, you’re serving charred carcinogenic chicken to people and that’s just the way it’s going to be? You can’t make a fresh batch that’s not burnt to hell?! I’m amazed. Her attitude was cold and indifferent, and I didn’t appreciate it. Will avoid...
