Boardman Ianazone's Pizza — Restaurant in Ohio

Ordered doordash. When my pizza arrived the pizza wasn't cut through all the way. Okay thats fine. Thats an easy fix. The problem though was the fact that I had to literally drink my pizza. There was so much ranch on the pizza " I ordered a chicken bacon ranch". It was absolutely inedible. The toppings were sliding off it was dripping everywhere etc... called the restaurant the guy was like Im sorry there was a problem with your order last minute and we had to remake it. We are leaving though so we cant fix it or anything. You will need to call tomorrow and speak with the manager. Called and spoke with management the nxt day. This woman was the absolute rudest person for something they messed up. She was like I dont know what you want me to do you need to provide proof doordash didn't refund you. I told her... Well they wont refund the food they said it was up to the restaurant to make right they only gave 5 dollars credit for the inconvenience of my food being messed up. She proceeded to ask what I wanted I said anything but the ranch well she was like well I cant give a 17 dollar pizza in place of a 13 dollar pizza. Well I didnt ask her too but I asked well what kind of pizza do you have she named some off some. I picked one but asked please dont put so much sauce because again it was a pizza that took sauce. BBQ sauce. She proceeded to tell me well I think you just dont like our pizza and this is just going to be a thing etc... after she said that I tried to explain that wasn't true. She then proceeded to say that what did I want from her. She was fixing the pizza and I was still complaining at her when she has customers and phones ringing etc... well I only was still going on trying to explain it wasn't the way she was trying to say. That literally was not the problem at all. The remade pizza was delicious and alot better but for the fact of her rudeness and the way she handled the situation alone is the reason for 1 star. If she was kinder more understanding and willing to fix their mistake without acting like I was just being a Karen I would have been 100% satisfied and not have left this review because I don't think that the amount of ranch on the pizza could have possibly been the typical amount. I understand things happen thats forgivable but how you respond and address customers when an issue arises matters and says alot about your business. This is not the way or the kind of person you should want representing your business. You need a new manager or someone else to deal with...

Sunday January 28,2024 called @12:14 pm for pick up of a 14" supreme pizza & 1 dz bone in wings, male kid told me 25-30 minutes OK thanks. Arrived at 12:40 pm & sat in car. My friend went in @12:45 , 12:50 I see my friend sitting down so I went in. The kid asked if he could help me, I am here for pizza & wings, he ok. Now it is 12:57 & I asked where my order was, the kid said I am making your pizza now, I replied WHAT, it should have been done or at least coming out of the oven. I am here alone and my help left to make a delivery we had a big order for 11am. I said, it is 1pm. I am here by myself & you don't understand. I said, I do understand, I owned a pizza shop what I don't understand is how you are running this one. Wouldn't give me his name but he was wearing all black, ball cap with SOX , shirt with TUPAC, beard & mustache. The delivery guy came back, brown hair thicker beard mustache & wore glasses, all black clothes brown...

I want to start by saying this used to be my go to spot for wings for football Sunday but after this past Sunday that has definitely changed. First off the pizzas that I got were extremely underdone and cold. The potatoes on the pizza were very close to raw and very crunchy. The wings (though we ordered them extra crispy) were cold with almost no sauce. I understand stuff happens so I called and left a message to address my concerns and never received a call back the next day. My wife decided to call and management has ZERO accountability for the quality of food that comes out of this place. They do NOT want to hear any constructive criticism and will cut you off in the middle of you talking to them. They used to be a great pizza/wing joint but the lack of accountability and argumentative nature of the management along with the lack of quality control that the younger staff are putting out makes this place...
