WORST EXPERIENCE EVER HERE!!!
I also used to work here.
We went through the drive through, only one car ahead of us. We had 3 orders. 1) 3 crunchy supremes 2) a deluxe cravings box 3) 6 crunch tacos and a Pepsi.
ALL but the one burrito inside the deluxe box was COLD. We checked our food the second we got out of the drive through. I immediately called to let them know so I can get it replaced. The “manager” (I won’t say her name here but I am reporting her to corporate and her boss) told me “it was just made so we don’t replace it.”
I turned around, brought all the food in, and again try to get it replaced. We were ready to give her the food back and wait for a remake. She again told us no, BUT DIDN’T EVEN CHECK THE FOOD. Which again is like warm at best but most of it is just cold. Left my information to speak with her general manager but I doubt he’ll ever see the note but I’ll be sure to call back in. If I could give this store 0 stars I would. When I used to work here no manager would ever behave like that over cold food. She was consistently rude the entire time and treated us as if we were lying but didn’t even bother to check it. Honestly with they would replace that location...
Read moreTaco bell is Taco Bell, and usually, it would get a 4 or 5 star review because it's a chain restaurant, and you get what you get. However, I had to drop my rating for a few reasons. It wasn't the cleanest, and service was so slow even though staff members were sitting around on their cell phones or chatting to one another. For the food, the nachos bell grande, both orders I received were stale or soggy. Also, I didn't have a full chip in the order, just crumbs. The chicken chulpa didn't have chicken it should have been a vegetarian chulpa. I was extremely disappointed considering it took them 20 minutes from the time I ordered my food till I actually recieved my food. The young lady that brought me my food was basically the only reason this particular restaurant recieved the 4 stars. She seemed to be the only employee working and when she brought my food to me she smiled and apologized for my wait even though she seemed a bit frazzled she was trying to do the work of the cashier, runner (meaning she got the order ready) drive thru cashier and custodian. I felt extremely bad for her. I hope that someone in the company sees this and looks into...
Read moreHorrible location all together! I thought my first bad experience was just a fluke but NOPE! Let's start with the horrible customer service followed by order inaccuracies! The young male worker seemed to be highly inconvenienced that I asked what was in each package so that I could ensure I got what I ordered this was after I stood at the counter for nearly 15 minutes before being acknowledged! When I pointed out that my order was missing a few items he rolled his eyes and went to retrieve what I was missing! Then I realized I ordered sauces on the side and I had not gotten any of them, he again rolled his eyes and threw a handful of sauces in a bag and basically pushed the bag at me and said goodbye. I'm pretty sure this is not how they are trained, if so this location won't be in business long! I will not be supporting this location and I will surely spread the word! I ordered nearly $60 worth of food for my family on the app and if the store and app can't correctly connect for a better experience, I will no longer support taco...
