Burger King — Restaurant in Ohio

Edit to add, ALWAYS the worst Burger king I have ever had, even the soda. Stale bun not toasted, one piece of cheese on whopper,

They always have me pull forward after paying. I believe it is so the vehicle pulls off the sensor, and in their system it appears as if they have served this order quicker than they actually have...in turn it forces the employees to walk the extra distanceto deliver the order, which I see as wasted non value added movement. I have sat here a few times, and they do it to many vehicles, most of which do not have another order behind them. So much wasted effort, for what an inaccurate feedback in their system? The food is mediocre at best, fries are always a touch old...not like the fries from this store a couple of years ago. Don't force your employees to generate false...

I only stop at this location magically when I’m on the road . I’ve only been to this location 2 times The first time they couldn’t mix my Slurpee. I had to buy two one of each flavor . They make up their own rules I’m not sure who they all are followings buts it’s wrong . Every time it’s the same experience. They never provide any type of customer service . This time when I went I ordered 30$ worth of food for my family . I couldn’t get my burger how I wanted . Then when I asked for a condiment I could only get 2. The manager Patty is rude she thinks she is whispering when she is talking trash right there on the front line . It’s like she isn’t a manager and can’t do anything . The woman heather went outside didn’t wash her hands and tried to come in...

We finally tried the Impossible Whopper. It smelled different. It actually tasted good. But there is a definite after taste. Not quite sure why or how. Used the drive-thru, the manager was the order taker and window worker. When we arrived at the window there was an uncontrollable urge to make a korny "impossible" joke. I did. Then I said to the mgr, guess you have never heard a korny joke about "impossible" have you? (Knowing full well he had probably heard so many he was sick of them) To our suprise he responded in kind. We had a few fun light hearted moments. It was nice. Soooo, we give the Impossible Whopper 3-stars for being "meh" & 5-stars to the staff for being fun, fast...
