Updating 5/31/23: New faces behind the counter, young folks who were very welcoming. They clearly need some practice but no hate from me. We all gotta start somewhere. I’m just glad the whole vibe was better today. Maybe the nice young guy with a cough behind the counter could consider wearing a mask until the cough subsided, as a consideration for others in this post-covid era.. that was a little odd, but my only real complaint. Keep up the good efforts. /end update/
I really want to see this place thrive. I love the food and teas I’ve had here but the service… there’s been times the young ladies working would get something wrong or forget an item.. It happens. But today the two folks who are older than the two young gals seemed to be the only ones working and were stressed. Understandable and I’m sorry for that but the two ended up snapping at each other instead of greeting two customers who came in while I was waiting. It’s very uncomfortable and unprofessional and makes me worry for the longevity of this business. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by placing an order. That’s not a good customer experience and doesn’t make people want to come back.
Please try to save the emotions for after work and focus on the orders and your customers. I understand we are all human and some days are hard or annoying, but saying you’re annoyed in front of customers and calling each other out...
Read moreHealthy options are so hard to find on my travels, but this place is a hidden gem 💎 What I ordered: My food: Power Bowl -cilantro rice, greens, every bean on the menu, capers, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, chicken, and the freshest feta cheese! And everything was super FRESH! The dressing I picked for my power bowl was the lemon dressing. It was absolutely flavorful and refreshing and just what was needed to pull everything together😋 My drink:I ordered a strawberry bubble drink, with a mixture of blueberry and mango boba.🤤🤌🏼 this was definitely a much healthier option that doesn’t break your pocketbook.
Service/Atmosphere: The two women working were absolutely pleasant, with the greatest customer service skills ever! Full service is hard to get anywhere, so I was blown away by the smiles, conversations, and their willingness to take my plate to the table and pack my leftovers for me when I couldn’t finish my food.
The inside was cute and inviting, and this was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had here in Ohio, and the parking was not bad at all. If you go on a sunny day, I bet it is really nice to enjoy your meal outside. I hope you enjoy the food and have the best same...
Read moreI was so excited to try this place. Extremely disappointed with the service, we were the only ones there and it was a 30 min wait. I should have known when i was digging for my card the women said “take your time, it will be a while anyway. “ It seemed they were still opening, an hour after open time. Serving customers was not their priority. We got two smoothies and a crepe, which was good but not for a 30 min wait. There was three girls working, the young one was the only one working. The older brunette was rude to her coworkers and customers. After she finished our crepe, we had to ask for it because she did not hand it to us or voice it was ours. She blamed it on the young girl, extremely unprofessional. Will not be...
