Google prompts me to post another review everytime i go here so i just got my wifes Anniversary present amd yet again another great experience with hl art jewlers. ...... here forward is my first review .12 years ago when my wife and I got married I went to hl art jewelers with a ring of my late grandfather's. It had a recessed diamond. It was the only thing I had of my grandfathers and during the time period, was also the only thing of any value I had to my name. Rusty removed the diamond set it in a beautiful engagement ring for my wife, took the gold turned it into a wedding band for me then allowed me to finance a wedding band for my amazing wife. This was during a time when any of the major credit reporting agencies would have told you that allowing me to finance anything was as good as donating it to charity. But they took a chance and that act of kindness was in part responsible for helping me make the single best decision IV ever made, putting that ring on the finger of the most amazing woman iv ever met. I was tempted to buy my fiancé's engagement ring online as I knew the options had to be much better both in selection and in price than anything you could find at a traditional jewelers. I am so very grateful that I was directed to check out H.L. Art Jewlers, however, as they took an existing design that I had fallen in love with online, pointed out some potential weak points in the design (without being pushy or arrogant) then proceeded to work with me closely for the next couple of weeks finding all fo the stones and finalizing details of the ring. Deb delivered an exceptional ring under budget (she easily could have charged me commission and filled the gap but instead passed the savings on to me), and was kind and professional throughout the whole process. I've been a customer of H.L. Art for as many years as I can remember. It's great to be able to work with one of the owners any time you walk in. They will take the time to work with your taste & budget. There is no pressure or any phony "SALES", just a fair and honest price. Most recently their onsite goldsmith, Rusty, crafted a cross necklaces for me from my fathers damaged wedding ring. Somehow the ring fell onto the driveway and was flattened too much to be worn. He was able to melt the ring down and form it into a beautiful cross and include the 3 diamonds from the damaged ring. The ring was too small for me to wear comfortably so making it in to a piece that I am able to wear mean that I can have both Fathers with me wherever I go.
