Subway — Restaurant in Ohio

The guy working there in the evenings is great! I wish I could remember his name. Always prompt and polite. The evening shifts girls...rude. not friendly when making your sub. It's clear she doesn't want to be there. Another time I came in and the guy was making my sub and in walked 4 truckers one after another. Mind you the subway girl and a girl from the gas station side were next to the register talking about another employee that wasn't here and their schedule. Both the male worker and I exchanged looks. I was in disbelief they were going to continue to stand there and talk while these guys waited. I parked in front of the subway windows that night. Walking back to my car I looked in, and saw that even after I left those girls continued to talk while the guy was now working on the truckers subs. I hope this reaches back to his supervisor. I was in last week and ordered a sandwich. I always get the same thing and have done so for years at this location and many others, even in other states. This was the first time I have ever been shamed for asking for extra olives on my sandwich. I asked for extra, and a lot of them because I'm weird and that's how I like my sandwich. He put a tiny handful on and I asked him to put more, he put like maybe 10 more on and I then explained that I would pay extra if needed. He then told me no and that I had enough olives. That was that. I don't like making scenes and there were people behind me in line. I really didn't appreciate being embarrassed like that. I did offer to pay extra so it's not like I was freeloading. I would have been happy to pay more for them, he just decided I didn't need them like that...

I'm not sure if this place changed owners over the last few months, but the manager guy that was always in there previously was super nice and made delicious subs. Tonight, definitely not the case. I added a photo of the footlong Pizza Sub that I requested double meat on... I definitely got charged for it, but I can't seem to find where they put any extra pepperoni. Same goes with the 6" Italian BMT I ordered with it. I addition to the lack-of-meat issues, they also no longer have mozzarella cheese and they have a limited meat selection, too.
