Edit 7/2/2025: I spoke with John at the corporate office. We had a nice conversation about customer service and how Marco's strives to be the best but sometimes falls short. He was friendly and professional. Above all, he was apologetic and wanted to make it right. (although we weren't looking for anything other than an apology) I changed my rating to 5 stars because integrity is everything and John sincerely cared about what occurred and had to manager use the situation as a learning experience. It's also important to mention John sought me out. I did not chase after them, other than my original complaint. We will continue to patronize Marco's on Central avenue for this very reason. Edit: 6/22/2025- The owner responded to my review and provided further instruction. I'll be happy to edit my rating after a response is received from my complaint form.
We have been ordering nearly once a week for years at this location. The order is always the same; large ham & pineapple and medium pepperoni. When we picked it up tonight we received a large pepperoni and pineapple and a medium pepperoni. That means only one person in the household can eat both pizzas. I called to let them know and suggest the staff recheck orders, since our order confirmation reflects ham and pineapple. After listening to my complaint, the young gentleman who answered the phone said okay. Silence. I told him it was highly inconvenient, hoping for an apology. Silence. He eventually said have a nice day and hung up. We have a lot of choices for pizza in the area. Mike's isn't that far away. At least they apologize for their errors. (We always tip too) Order #153...
