So, before I go on to leave a brutally honest review, I do want to stress that the issues we had there were NOT with our waitress at all. She was the one bright spot in our experience there. We stopped here for brunch after a doctor's appointment because I was craving a nice, thick, Belgian waffle. I paid extra for the addition of pecans to it because it sounded delicious. What came to my table was just....yuck! My scramble that I paid extra to add tomatoes to was lukewarm (mind you, there was only one other patron in the building). My waffle was soggy with the pecans strewn around the middle. I had to ask for butter and was never offered syrup. Honestly, if not for the fact that our dogs cannot eat pecans, I would have brought it home for them.

In addition, there is something else I want to mention that I find RIDICULOUS! Zoom in on the placemat picture and look at the disclosure about there being fees on pickup orders! Seriously? If I place an order for pickup and I, myself, come to pick it up there are still fees added to the order to cover the cost of the cook making my order and the supplies it takes to send the food on its merry way. Don't get me wrong, I thoroughly believe that people should be paid fairly and cooks do a lot of work without a lot of appreciation but the fact that YOUR company doesn't pay them well enough is a corporate issue and not one that should be passed along to customers who are spending their own time to get the order. I get that in the post- pandemic Era and with the cost of inflation, concessions must...

First off, drove 2 hrs. Was looking forward to this meal for weeks now, get there all excited to only be disrespected like no other. We sat closest to the counter/grill to make their night easier. Worst mistake ever. Half way through our meal the waitress starts blasting water from a hose cleaning the floor, mind you were sitting right there. Next thing you know, there is water being sprayed over the divider. Expecting an apology was the last thing i got, 30 seconds after staring at her like are you serious, i ask, is this really that necessary? No one is in there but us... So after that heated discussion i ask for a new cup of coffee, considering theres floor debris in it... nothing but rudeness! Then, as we walk out, were smoking before we get in our car. And you can litterly hear this lady yelling, "Its my F*!&#^$ job" after i beileve the other waitress pointed out her rudeness throughout the whole night. Never seen someone like this working in customer service etc..She had blonde short hair, didnt get a name... was 6am 11/27/17. Cam i beileve her name was was nothing but nice and polite. Night and day in...

Mask required no sanitizer available handicap parking available no automated doors and also family friendly but I would suggest going during the daytime I'm with my order at 4 a.m. Waffle House and not only by the time I got home realize that my food was burnt so I had to go back and have it replaced which I had done the next morning around the same time and was confronted with a man that had worked at Waffle House that was not only very rude but gave me no answers to when they were going to be opening to Reser food he just Shrugged his shoulders however when I had went back 2 hours later a woman waitress that was so sweet name Lexi was able to not only fix my order but make it way better then any Waffle House meals that I've ever had before she Not only was very kind and attentive and wanting to take care of my issues but she also went out of her way to apologize for something that she had nothing to do with I commend Waffle House for fixing their mistakes but I wouldn't be recommending going there at night time I would definitely go...

This is my local waffle house and normally pretty clean. I stopped in last night around 1230AM to place a to-go order since they don't answer their phones. There were 2 tables with 4 people (one had food and one waiting on food being cooked) and 1 woman waiting to place a to-go order other than myself. There were 2 cooks and 1 server. The tables in the dining room along with the barstools were just filthy from previous customers. Picture shown (trying to sneak one without beiny seen) was of left over waffle pieces all around the waffle makers. It looked like piles of big fluffy eggs. I decided that not eating at all would be better than risking getting sick from eating here. Pull a cook and have them clean up. Yuck!

I pulled into this Waffle House and I was surprised it was empty. I was greeted by both the server and the cook. They were extremely nice and welcoming. I ordered a bacon cheese burger and a strawberry shortcake waffle. The waffle was delicious but the peanut butter joint is my favorite. Now that Burger??? That Burger was off the chain! The bacon AND the burger had two separate tastes layered for a combined phenomenal taste. I’m telling everybody that Waffle House on Central has the best burgers on that strip! It’s def worth the strip from Inverness/Ottawa Hills! That cook got down!
