Unbelievably horrible customer service, especially from the management. An employee went to get breakfast one morning through the drive thru, but wasn't able to complete the transaction due to a credit card issue they had. She came back and told me about the situation and how rude the manager was, but told me they're still making the food (they're slow there), however I would have to go pick it up ( they're right around the corner). I went to pick up the food inside and asked about the situation to the girl at the register only to get the manager to interrupt. She started saying all this stuff that I never heard of before til then and proceeded to berate her staff and saying how she's going to fire the entire night shift as she just walks away from me. Really? What manager does that?
I came back to work and called customer service. I was told someone would call me, no-one did. Several days later I called back only for the same thing to happen, except it was supposed to be a higher up manager that was to call....never did. Several days later I called back again. The person told me someone tried reaching me but no-one answered....lie! I even gave them two different numbers to call. Even if they had, which they hadn't, they couldn't leave a message? Couldn't leave contact information? Couldn't try back again? This time the rep said they're going to escalate the situation to corporate to handle. That was on 9/20/16, today is 10/11/16. You think anyone called? Yeah right.
This incident took place on 8/31/16 and to this day they don't even have the decency to extend a phone call, even from corporate, to an upset customer. This is not the first time something like this has happened with that place either, but it is the last. I could tell you stories, believe me. I own a business right around the corner and I would buy me and my employees food there a few times a week, but haven't ate there since and won't after this experience. They obviously don't give a rat's ass about...
Read moreTLDR: employee took my phone out of my hands and used it without my permission Last night I was working for Door Dash and had two orders to pick up here. After a 20 minute wait, one of my orders came up but the other was no where to be found. An employee eventually came out to help and I showed him my phone so he could see the details, at which point he took my phone out of my hands and walked away with it into the kitchen. So I think to myself: okay maybe he is looking at order screens to see if they have it somewhere? But he did not return.
A few minutes went by before another employee noticed I was looking over the counter attempting to see where this man had gone, and I explained that someone had walked away with my phone and I wanted it back. The second employee walked back and told the first guy that I wanted my phone, at which point the first employee loudly yelled “well does she want the food or not?!” The second guy comes back out and explains that he’s using my phone to make the order, and I explained that he never asked my permission or even bothered to tell me what he was doing! At this point the whole dining room is staring while employees are making it seem like I am being unreasonable.
More time passes and eventually once the food was done, I was given the order and my phone. There was no apology. I do not think it’s unreasonable to be uncomfortable with a stranger taking my personal possession, WITHOUT EVEN ASKING OR TELLING ME what they are doing, and using it in a busy kitchen where I have absolutely no visual. It wasn’t an extensive order, could have been written down on a piece of paper really quickly even. But the fact that they were so rude and disrespectful about the whole thing is what really gets me....
Read moreOn 3/21/25 I walked into this establishment at 3:15pm and there was only one other couple in the store food already served to the individuals. It's a open kitchen the cook is standing there just looking at me. I say can you take my order he points to the Kiosk machine. I'm a older gentleman and struggle with technology but a young female employee did come up and ask if I needed help with the Kiosk machine which I replied yes and she politely helped. I ordered 1 single double bacon cheeseburger $6.70 total plus tax. I put my money in the machine along with my name. The cook gets my order and simply stands there I can see my order on the screen. 10-15 minutes pass by and I receive no burger. I understand there might have been online orders but nobody was making my burger. The cook just stood there lost in space. After a 15 min wait I tell the young lady employee I got to go and she replied do you really. I replied yes. It's a fast food joint. The place didn't give me my burger 🍔 or my money back it's like they were totally fine with me paying and taking my money with nothing in return. So I left and stated please give my burger to someone else who might need it. Bottom line very incompetent cook, and young lady working there. No manager to be found as well. I paid and received absolutely nothing. I like there food. But the employees were slow and highly incompetent to complete a task in a timely manner. It's ok the Lord spoke to me and that burger I guess wasn't meant to be. And folks wonder why robots will be there replacement in the future....
