Fraud happened here - no one cared. This business does not look at the name on credit card purchases. Someone stole my credit card and shopped there 7 times spending close to 1000$. I called and asked for the owner to cooperate with me. I left the dates/ times/ and amounts. He would not even return my phone call.

When I came in, the employee looked nervous when I showed him an identical card. He told me he spoke to the owner and doesn't know why he hasn't called me back. He said he would tell the owner again.

There are multiple cameras and one of the purchases were from the day prior.

Fortunately my credit card company made me whole, but still no response from the owner.

Was he involved, covering it up, holding back information? I do not know but a simple returned phone call would have helped a lot. But he didn't care. I have never shopped in this store.

This shop has to be one of the most well-stocked vape shops I have been to in a long time- and I've lived in the Twin Cities. The staff (Sam & Ryan during this visit) was exceptionally enjoyable, sociable, helpful, friendly, and courteous. As a night owl, I appreciated the fact that the shop was open until 11pm. The pricing of the available products was ideal from my perspective. I was fond of the interior design of the shop, as well, it was well-lit, clean, and provided a suitable atmosphere for browsing the various selections of products. Worst customer service I have ever had. I came in to check out the vape selection and I was looking for a specific product and the employee was extremely snotty with me and had a very aggressive attitude. I honestly feel as if it was because I wasn't one of the kids that were under the age of 21 they all looked like they were honestly between 13 to 15. The kids were greeted with smiles and no attitude whatsoever. This place needs shut down I'm so disgusted that they were selling products to kids and not asking for a ID.
