My husband and I stopped here for lunch on our road trip, so we're not regulars. Our subs were good. One thing I always look for is a positive, happy greeting. We walked in and were looked at with a slight hello. I know I can be picky in this way but I always feel like making a customer feel very welcome right away is important. The second complaint is that while our subs were good and the ladies were fairly quick and knowledgeable about what they were doing, most of the veggies were wilted and not up to par. Read moreordered two subs off my app... did everything I was supposed to do... my hubby went to pick it up, they said he had the wrong subway, he wanted the one 3 miles down the road. He goes there... in the meantime I call, they insist I have the wrong place, they never received an app order. I read off everything on my prepaid order... they asked my name (which my hubby gave) and said, oh yes, we have an order with that name on it. Never apologized... hubby went back and they still didn't apologize... I will never order from them again... I get it's fast food, but still... why have an app if you don't know...
Read moreAte at 530pm august 23rd. The two girls were moving very slowly and had very little communication between them. Asked for my bacon to just get heated up instead of whole sandwich. They left it in the microwave for about 5mins after it was done. So it came out burnt. Over half black. And she put it on my sandwich! And I had to remind them that I even got the bacon. Almost gave me the sandwich without it... disappointed. And when she made the sandwich she put the turkey across the whole thing and then placed the ham on one end. Asked her to fix it.
