I go to Starbucks literally every single day and this one is closest to me. Usually order more than one drink for myself. Never had any issues until this one older middle aged blonde lady started working at the window. She is very rude every time I see her for no reason. I dread getting my order when I see her at the window. She is very passive aggressive horrible customer service and my drinks are always horrible when she’s working I don’t even drink them I throw them away. I’ve never been Ride and again usually come everyday but now I have to drive to a different location to get a good drink. She must have some issues at home or is projecting her negativity into me because she’s mad that she is an older lady working in the food service. But I did not raise her so that is not my fault for her to be mad at me about it. I see she probably has no cognitive ability and that’s why she was put at the window because it’s the easiest part of the job. Either way, bring back the kind young man that was working the window with the nice eyebrows. He was...
Read moreThis review comes after multiple incidents involving the same problem. I go to this location at least once a week, maybe twice and I always do a mobile order because the drive-thru line is always long, and pretty much every time in the last few weeks I've stood there waiting and no one acknowledges me and I can see drinks sitting there. I shouldn't have to interrupt someone or go to the order counter to get my drink. Someone should be acknowledging customers when they've been standing there for 5 minutes. Today was the worst because the drive-thru was closed, and there was about 5 people waiting inside already. So they were asking people for their names and some were ready and some were being made still. But my drink was sitting there the whole time and was ready the whole time everyone else was getting their drinks. Normally I am not one to complain or anything if I have to wait for something. I get it, but I am coming in right before work, and cannot wait an extra five minutes...
Read moreMornings are always great but anytime I’ve been there in the evenings the people are completely different! Employees on their phones, especially one girl in particular on the front registers I hear her phone go off CONSTANTLY. Also the bathroom talk I overhear is insane to me. The service in general is just backwards. Employees are short with customers and when customers ask questions they reply with something backhanded. If you plan on dinning in or studying here be sure to bring headphones because the “jokes” I hear behind the bar are horrendous. I’m always shocked when I see the red headed man still works there because he is the worse offender but everyone just laughs it off! I’ve tried giving this place a chance to be my comfort place since it’s so close but it gives me the ick. I’ll stick with the people at...
