My grandma ordered some of their chili. It's supposed to be mild. But if you want it hot and spicy, they have hot packets that you can put in there, and make it as hot as you want. Well, for some reason the chili was hot and spicy, instead of mild like it's supposed to be. It was too hot for her to eat. I think someone messed up making the chili or something. But for some reason it just wasn't right. So she complained about it, and they gave her something else to replace the hot chili. So she got a large french fry. So she was satisfied with that. Still not sure what happened to the chili. Probably should have told the manager about it, so it can be fixed or taken care of. I wonder if the chili will be mild next time we go there. If not, definitely reporting it to the manager. It better not be hot 2 times in a row lol. I'll betcha that whoever made that chili likes it hot, and just decided to spice it up a little bit lol. But they forget that some people don't like it hot. That's exactly why they have hot 🔥 packets, to make it hot if you want. But the cook shouldn't make all the chili hot lol. Make it mild, and then use those hot packets if you want. My grandma never uses the hot packets. She likes it mild, just like me. She only puts sour cream, shredded cheese, and crackers in her chili. But she was disappointed, because she was looking forward to having some chili, especially since it was a little cold that night. That would have hit the spot just right. We'll see what happens in the future. So it only got 1 star. The service was great. They were very friendly and cooperative. But it only got 4 stars, because making the chili the right way, is part of the service. And that part of the service was terrible and disappointing. And I think that the guy behind the counter that was trying to help us out, should have told us that he would bring it to the managers attention, to try to figure out what happened and fix it. But I don't know if he said anything to the manager or not, but probably not lol. I should have asked him to tell the manager about it. But I think if there's a problem, he should automatically tell the manager about it, without a customer asking him to. But that's just me lol. Hey, it makes sense to me. The atmosphere only got 3 stars, because we wanted to set at a booth, and most of the booths were not clean. They didn't wipe off the tables like they're supposed to. We started to set down at this one booth. But I noticed that it was dirty, so we moved to another booth. There were quite a few tables that were not wiped off. So I had to inspect the tables, and find a table that was wiped off or not dirty. Customers shouldn't have to do that. We shouldn't have to worry about dirty tables. We should be able to walk into a clean atmosphere and set down, without worrying about if the employees did their job or not. But I don't know the whole situation or anything. They might have been low on manpower or something, I don't know. If they didn't have enough people working, then they were probably doing the best they can, which would be understandable. But the customer never knows the whole situation, and should never need to know lol. We are on a need to know basis lol. I'm just telling you our experience from a customer point of view, without knowing everything else that's going on behind the scenes. But I have heard that a lot of places are struggling with staffing. Even my workplace needs more workers. I recently heard that our local school bus drivers are low on staffing too. So they are adjusting the bus schedule to accommodate the...
Read moreThe cashier was a male with long hair( should have been up or in a hair net) he didn't seem friendly, almost seemed annoyed for us to order. We both ordered the #2 Baconater double and fries. We got cheese fries and bacon fries, the cheese was shredded and not melted (we thought the cheese should have been melted) the burgers were dry, like they had been setting on the grill. Wendy's has always been fresh burgers and fresh fries. The sodas and frostys were great. The restaurant was not busy and there were 2 employees sitting at a table on their phones( they may been on break). There were several tables that were dirty with food on them, the condiment area had food and drink spilled on it, the floors could have used a sweeping and the glass windows and doors were clearly not cleaned. There were employees standing around and not cleaning. Two people came in from the drive-through with orders messed up. As we were leaving a guy pulled up in the parking lot on a motorcycle and three employees went outside to talk with him. It seemed like nobody cared. Dave would not be ok with this. I've always been told, "if you have time to lean, you have time to clean." I realize most places are hiring and can't find good people, but that's not an excuse to not take pride in what you do and in where you work, do the best you can and put forth some effort. We have been here before and it always seems to be terrible service and not meeting expectations from years past at Wendys. Im a burger guy and when you have a dry burger, it just does not make for good quality food if it is dry. Worst $32.00 we have spent. This will be the last time we come to this Wendy's. I will go to one out of town that has a better experience. Do...
Read more0/10 stars I do not like going here, my order is wrong 9/10 times I’m here, mainly between 11-2 pm is when my order is wrong, I started asking my cheese buger ketchup only, extra ketchup and one day they drowned my cheese burger in it-not good, when I asked for extra ketchup packets I had 2 rude employees say ok and threw the packets at me, to add to it the packets were covered in ketchup leaving my clothes and Car a mess. on the very rare occasional I got through at late night (only place open) and I don’t like to do that, the staff can be rude, or don’t know what I’m talking about, and take customer service as a joke, one day I was talking the 2 drive through workers about something related to my order and the 2 mangers came up and yelled at both of them to get to work. Wich goes to show the mangers don’t care about the customer service wich is sad, and is rude to the team members creating a negative environment wich I don’t want to eat in. When I go to a restaurant I expect decent customer service and a somewhat postive environment, the way the employees got depressed when the mangers talked to them like that was sad and not right, additionally they were doing there job and doing there best on my order, and training they did have. The mangers should of been more...
